A fancy car to drive, looks really nice

This car is a pretty car, needs to be treated carefully. It is a car for a soft going conditions. Not for tougher work. I really like this car for a quality ride with the family.

Nice driving and comfortable crossover.

For the money it's a very nice car. Great interior and comfortable seats. Rides nice and the AWD is awesome is during the winter. Quality and durability well least just say it a Chrysler and I've had to more repairs than I was expecting for a car with just over 100k miles. I really like it for my daily driver.

Too heavy of a car

This car seems too heavy for the measly 3.5L engine it carries under the hood. Too under powered. Horrible blind spots in the rear as well. Third row is nice, but not a lot of room between the third row and rear hatch to carry anything excessive or large. Most probably because, along with all the passenger doors, the hatch and doors are way too thick! Makes entering and exiting the vehicle when parked next to another car, difficult.

Most comfortable car I've ever owned

Most comfortable and smoothest riding car I've ever owned. Leather interior, heated seats, seats 7 or fold down back seats for cargo. Plenty of space and leg room. Great shape. Lots of new parts.

Cost more to fix than keep

At 142,000 miles it is basically dead. Mantience was preformed every 3,000 miles. Transmission is out, timing belt need replaced, over heats easy, and constantly need new brakes. Interior is awesome and has all the bells and whistles

We Bought a Lemon

It is a great car, except it is a lemon. We bought the car in January 2016. The next day after we drove it off the dealer lot, the engine light came on. The Chrysler dealer replaced it with an aftermarket converter. After a month, the engine light came on again. After fighting with the dealer to fix it again, they finally sent it back to the same aftermarket place. Again, after a month the light is on. We asked the dealer what is causing the problem. They said that they Have no idea. (This is a remark from a Chrysler Dealer ) If they don't know, who does. It is now June 2017 and the engine light is still on because they will not replace it anymore. And we cannot find anyone to tell us the problem. We are stuck with this vehicle for now . We will never buy another one.

Meh! want a new car..

overall the car is a good car for back and fourth to work and school but as a traveling car not so much because the back seat passengers don't have much leg room

Perfect crossover for the family.

The Pacifica is great for long trips with the family. It is spacious and with rear climate controls, everyone can be comfortable in all weather. The monitor can keep kids busy with movies. The AWD doesn't let the snow win in the winter. The riding is also very smooth. The suspension is great. When the time comes to move furniture, just put the seats down and you can move practically anything you'd like. I've moved an entire apartment with my Pacifica. Overall a great vehicle for any occasion.
