Explore the 2005 Chrysler Pacifica

Roomy turnpike cruiser orphan

My 2005 Chrysler Pacifica touring is the best car I've ever had for my lifestyle. Lots of room for my recreational gear (fishing, skiing) AWD for icy mountain roads and a very comfortable vehicle for long road trips. Unfortunately, in their wisdom Chrysler quit making this vehicle. I now have 140,000 miles on mine and would instantly buy a new one if Chrysler was still making them. This vehicle is the first one Chrysler made using their then partnership with Mercedes Benz and the suspension design is Mercedes which provides a limouzine like ride without sacrificing good handling.

Its NOT a minivan- its a crossover!!! :)

I am in love with this car! Its perfect for traveling and has so much room for luggage and sleeping children! There are lots of little extras like cup holders and charger/plug ins! I love the adjustable seats and steering, audio controls on the steering wheel. It handles so well and is fun to drive. Wish that it got better gas mileage, but it's really not that bad for such a powerful large car.

So far so good.

Owned for 5 months. I like the features of the Pacifica. Like the heated seats and the lumbar support.

LOVE this car!

This is the best car I've ever had. I am a mother of three young kids - all in carseats, and there is still so much room! Even with the stroller, we have plenty of room for groceries and such. It drives like a dream. We purchased it used in 2007, and have not had any problems at all. Completely reliable!

101,000 miles!

101,000 miles and no major repairs! New set of tires at 50,000 miles. Also at that time, changed trans fluid, pwer steer fluid, coolant. New brakes at 80,000 miles! Use tiptronic alot for downhil driving. Just broken in and getting better mileage ! Haul small boat and two dogs. Lots of room for dogs. If folks took care of their pacificas you would not see negativfe review. Next week... first tune up (spark plugs).

Went from a Escalade, to a Pacifica!

Had a 2003 Escalade, and loved it, but my payments were to high, and it got 13 mpg. My Pacifica, handles better, and is great on gas!! My Pacifica has even more options than my Escalade had. Including Nav, and a DVD. Kids LOVE it, and I LOVE it as well! Best car I have ever owned!!
