"Car misses dealer, must go back periodically"
I have never owned a car that has been back to the dealership as much as this 2005 Chrysler Pacifica. The repairs range from bumps in the dashboard to not starting; brake warning lights coming on and only having approval to replace one at a time ( many, many trips to dealer) replacing Rubber bushings on control arms, mounts and replacing two axels. This car has 19640 miles!!! The warranty has covered every repair so far, just not been able to drive the car without worrying about another factory fault. Very disappointed.

bang for the buck heavyweight champ
I spent pleny of time comparing used cars for a growing family of five and could not find a better car for the money. Show me another car that loses between 30% and 50% of it's MSRP the first year and is still loaded with options and is not a lemon. The car drives nice around town and is even better on the highway, stereo comes standard with 7 infinity speakers and cd and prewired for satalite radio. The only drawbacks the car has are a lack of cargo space when in full family hauling mode (all seats full) and gas mileage of 16-18 in town 23-25 on the highway. It has a big gas tank so you still have alot of cruising range but with todays gas prices it does hurt a little. With all things concidered I believe a young family who doesn't enjoy wasting their hard earned money couldn't buy a better car. We love ours and we think you would like one too.

Lots of room
We bought this SUV new. My husband and I purchased the base model (5 passenger). We loved all the room! Able to fit a ton of cargo. Also the wide base made it a very stable ride. Only two complaints: Has a terrible blind spot. I am a good driver but almost got into two wrecks because of this. I wish it had more compartment storage. THe glove box is very small. Features such as dual power seats on the base model made it a great value for the price.

Most comfortable car I have owned
I bought this car after owning several sport utes and vans (explorer, rodeo, windstar, aerostar, caravan and honda odyssey) and only the odyssey comes close to its handling and comfort. We bought it one day and drove it from south Texas to Tennessee the next for a weeks vacation and it ran and handled great. The car is very stable and I like the 3.5 engine. The lines of the car are very pleasing. It looks tough and it handles all the sports and band stuff I carry for the kids with no problems. The 3rd row is best suited for smaller kids but the second row has as much space if not more than the front seats. I got the touring model with cloth and have already changed the seats to the leather, the cloth are good, but the leather are great. The expert review stated that the dash was hard to read and that I dont get. The dash is about as easy to read as you can get - big bold numbers and gauges.

The perfect famaly car I've owned.
Very nice car for a big family. Moms and kids will enjoy the room and the 7" Video system as well as the rear A/C control. The front and the rear seats have all arm rest for a comfortable ride. With the 3rd seat raw up to 4 adults and 3 kids can travel confortable. The ride and handling of this van is superb and the fuel consumption is for that big of a car rather great, average 17 mpg in city and 23 mpg on highway.

Chrysler Pacifica
This is a great car for the money. I bought the base model which does not have the optional third row of seats. However, it does have leather seats and all the options I felt were necessary. The Pacifica suffers from being underpowered most likely from the heavy weight of the vehicle powered by a six cylinder engine. 89 octane fuel is a must to get any power at all. That's my only cimplaint. I have had no problems after 21,000 miles and plan to trade it for a 2008.

Great Car! Highly recommended!
I like how low it sits to the ground so it really handles great. The interior is really plush, much like driving in a Mercedes. I haven't had any issues with my '05 and I look forward to lots more touring with my Pacifica.

Pacifica
Very good wagon. very relaible and comfortable.the price is within the range. the only draw back is the fuel consumption. the feature are excellent and the handling is smooth and great. this is an American made car that can overtake the foreign cars if advertise agressively. it has nobility about it and make eyes and heads turn when you pass. not ashame to take it out for a date.
