Love love love this car
I bought this car in 2003 when it was 2 years old I have a 2001 convertible Limited edition. Everywhere I go I get compliments on this car it's never left me stranded, although I do do regular maintenance and have the oil changed every 3,000 miles with full synthetic overall I love love love this car very reliable aside from Little minor things never really had a problem with it once this one dies I will be buying another one!

Favorite car
My favorite car ever, I’m so sad bc I recently lost mine due to someone hitting me on my left side& totaled it. I spun& slid into a ditch but the inside was totally fine, I thought it was all good till I looked on the outside. :( I also slid into another ditch due to hail&rain & it pushed through& got me out. Gas is really good too, used less than my gmas newer car. Interior seating is really comfy too it kinda felt like I was sitting in a recliner chair lol. I would drive long distance (15hrs max in one day) (plus more solo road trips)& my back wouldn’t hurt just when your legs&butt get kinda numb from driving/sitting too long, but that’s abt it. Really smooth driving as well.(my favorite part besides being saved a couple times) Never over heated on me in the Texas heat (my worst fear) since I had it living here. changing/checking the fluids was really easy& sometimes fun bc I felt like mechanically smart lol. The only kinda “ughh” part for me was the battery being located in front of the drivers side front wheel. After I got it& changed it out for the 1st time for a brand new one, I never had to touch it again. Very very reliable for me & that’s bc I felt like I literally drove everywhere all day everyday. My favorite car ever, I miss so much. :,(

Really Fun Car!
Got the car for my wife, but I have more fun in it than she does! Not the biggest car out there for sure, but can fit 4 normal sized people pretty decently. Mine has a 2.7l V6, which gives plenty of power while having decent gas mileage. Definitely gave me a taste for convertibles!

Great car I love it, no issues. Best kept secret .
Nice power ,handles great ,fun to drive. Great price for a good preowned vehicle. A lot of bang for your buck. Very underrated.i have a 01 convertible one of the best if not the best vehicle I’ve ever owned and believe me I’ve owned many vehicles over the years.

230,000 miles
Has broken down 3 times twice in my driveway. Still looks and runs great. I also have a corvette and quite frankly usually drive this on a nice summer day. Room for chairs, coolers, and friends. When it finally can not be fixed anymore will probably buy another one.

My least liked car. Lots of trouble with it.
Lots of problems with hydrolic leaking from the convertible lift motor. The cam positioning sensor, and power window failure.

Loved owning a convertible and it was so reliable!
Drove excellent, I loved how it hugged the curves and it had power. I would own one again in a minute.

Crazy car. One day it's fine one day is not
Not worth it for me. I would admit It's fast but that's not worth the headache. Wouldn't buy it again even if it wasn't for me.

Falling Apart
Got the 4 door model during my last year of high school at with only 55,000 miles on it. Worked great with very few problems all through college. Made it about 5 years perfectly fine and have put about 30,000 more miles on it myself. However, the last 5 months have been horrible. I have had a transmission blow, a rear strut break, and now my air bag light is on (believe the clock spring broke). On top of that in the last year the door panels have both broken. The passenger side panel pulls all the way out when someone tries to close it. The window control counsel has fallen completely in on the driver's side. Additionally, the trunk only stays up by itself about 50% of the time. Occasionally it will stay up by itself just long enough for you to think it's good only to whack you in the back of the head. To top it all off, the car just sounds terrible when it starts up. Kind of in sell now mode right now as I'm just waiting for the next thing to break on this car.
