On certain minivans, the lower control arm pivot bolt could fracture. If the bolt fractures, the lower control arm could separate from the crossmember, causing a loss of vehicle control.
Dealers will replace the lower control arm bolts and nuts. The manufacturer has reported that owner notification began April 30, 2001. Owners who do not receive the free remedy within a reasonable time should contact DaimlerChrysler at 1-800-843-1403.

Certain pickup trucks fail to conform to the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard No. 120, "Tire Selection and Rims for Vehicles other than Passenger Cars." The vehicle certification label lists incorrect tire, wheel, and recommended inflation pressure information.
Owners will be provided with vehicle certification label overlays containing corrected information relative to vehicle tire and rim size, and recommended inflation pressure. The manufacturer has reported that owner notification began on May 5, 2004. Owners may contact DaimlerChrysler at 1-800-853-1403.

On certain 2-door coupe passenger vehicles, the fuel return line hose fitting on the electric fuel pump may be improperly molded. Breakage could result in a leakage of fuel, and in the presence of an ignition source, it could result a fire.
Dealers will replace the fuel pump. The manufacturer has not yet provided an owner notification schedule for this campaign. Owners may contact DaimlerChrysler at 1-800-853-1403.

On certain pickup trucks, the sound deadening material inside the steering wheel could become detached from the cover and housing. When this occurs, the material could interfere with the clockspring ribbon and cause an open circuit. The driver air bag system will become disabled, and the air bag warning lamp will illuminate on the instrument panel.
Dealers will replace the clockspring assembly. The manufacturer has reported that owner notification began June 18, 2001. Owners who do not receive the free remedy within a reasonable time should contact DaimlerChrysler at 1-800-843-1403.

Rollx Vans (Rollx) is recalling certain GMC Yukon, Sierra, Chevrolet Express 2500, Ford Transit, E-250, Toyota Sienna, Sienna Hybrid, Honda Odyssey, Chrysler Town and Country, Voyager, Pacifica, Dodge Grand Caravan, and Ram Promaster vehicles equipped with QRT-Deluxe and QRT-Max wheelchair restraints. Please refer to Rollx's recall report for specific model year information. The retractors may not lock, preventing the wheelchair from being properly secured.
An unsecured wheelchair can move during transit, increasing the risk of injury.
Rollx will work with Q'Straint to inspect and replace the retractors as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed February 5, 2026. Owners may contact Rollx's customer service at 1-800-956-6668.

Chrysler (FCA US LLC) is recalling certain 2013-2016 Dodge Dart vehicles. The shifter cable may detach from the transmission, preventing the vehicle from shifting into the park (P) position and causing a loss of park function.
A loss of park function may allow the vehicle to rollaway, increasing the risk of a crash.
Vehicles that were previously repaired under recall 19V293 will need to have the new remedy completed. The remedy is currently under development. Interim notification letters, explaining the safety risk, are expected to be mailed November 6, 2025. A second notice will be sent once the final remedy is available. Owners may contact Chrysler customer service at 800-853-1403. Chrysler's number for this recall is A0C. Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) involved in this recall will be searchable on NHTSA.gov beginning October 16, 2025.

Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2019-2021 Ram ProMaster and 2019-2020 Dodge Journey vehicles. Cracks in the microprocessor may cause the vehicle's rearview camera image not to display properly. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 111, "Rear Visibility.
A rearview image that does not display properly reduces the driver's view behind the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.
Dealers will replace the rearview camera, free of charge. Interim notification letters, notifying owners of the safety risk, were mailed beginning September 30, 2025. A second notice will be sent once the final remedy is available. Owners may contact Chrysler customer service at 800-853-1403. Chrysler's number for this recall is 59C.

A rearview image that does not display reduces the driver's view of what is behind the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.

Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2018-2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee and Dodge Durango vehicles. A malfunction in the antilock-brake system (ABS) module may incorrectly illuminate the brake lights and disable the ABS and electronic stability control (ESC). In addition, the vehicle operator may be able to start and shift out of Park without the brake pedal being applied.
A vehicle that can be started and shifted out of Park without applying the brake pedal can result in a vehicle rollaway. Disabled ABS and ESC systems can reduce vehicle handling and control in certain driving situations. Brake lights that incorrectly illuminate can fail to properly indicate the driver's intention to following traffic. Any of these scenarios can increase the risk of a crash.
Dealers will replace the integrated pressure transducer and update the ABS module software, as necessary free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed December 16, 2025. Owners may contact FCA customer service at 1-800-853-1403. FCA's number for this recall is 94B. This recall replaces previous recall number 22V-426. Vehicles previously remedied under 22V-426 will need to have the new remedy completed.
