Most reliable car I've owned.

This Ford is a second owner vehicle from the same Ford dealer as the original lease, and has been very well maintained.

Just Keeps Chugging

I have had this car since it was brand new and have never once had a problem with it. Despite its age and almost 200,000 miles it's just keeps chugging.

I owned it and liked it.

I bought this vehicle used at 96,000 miles and really loved it! I had an XLT model which included 3rd row seating. Taking off on the road with 7 people inside is awesome. This makes it great for a family. If you find one well maintained and for a good price, go for it.

Bang for Buck

She's in amazing condition and low mileage for her age. I've only had her for 1 year but searched for a long time to find one in this good of shape.

Great SUV

Ford Explorer is the strongest running, most reliable SUV I ever owned. It is very comfortable on long trips, or commuting to work. I would definitely recommend this vehicle.

transmission problems

Our transmission started to slip gears and leaking fluid! We have had all seals replaced and bolts with seals replaced, but it is still leaking after 3 weeks in the repair shop. It has cost us over $1000.00 for repairs with a local repair shop that specializes in transmission repairs!! It is still leaking after all these repairs and still can't find the problem that is causing the leak!! I would never recommend this vehicle to anyone, I have been dealing with my husbands heart condition & surgery on top of this which has added extra stress that I really don't need right now! I advise no one to buy one of these vehicles with the sealed transmission! It is nothing but a problem meant to hit a persons pocket book!!

Best car i ever had!

This car had enough room for trips and yet had good gas mileage for driving around town. Great for kids and hauling stuff too.
