    Beast of Burden

    I've had my CC long bed 7.3 na rwd for 8 years now and it's my most reliable work truck. It will tow anything. Parts are easy to find and install. Maintenance is very simple. Can run it on waste engine oil mixed with diesel making my price per mile cheaper as well.

    I've owned my 1992 F350 for 22 years

    I've owned my 1992 F350 4x4, 7.3L IDI Diesel for 22 years. I bought it for $18,000. Trucks now days are $80,000. The truck has been very reliable. I still drive long distance between Alberta and the BC Coast in winter conditions because I trust the truck. I'm also a Welding Inspector / Coating Inspector so some of my work is up in the mountains. The old girl has never let me down. Just the usual maintenance. One Ton trucks are not cheap to work on. Everything is heavy duty. Off road can be a little bone jarring. But again, I don't worry about scratching the paint. I haul my camper and boat to the West Coast of Vancouver Island during the summers to salmon fish. My truck is a 5 speed manual that I've only had to replace the clutch and pressure plate twice since I've owned it. Again I have 570,000 km's on it. The only thing that I would change is add a turbo. The Coquihalla can be a slow go when loaded down. Just barely passing the big rigs. I would definitely buy another old F350 again. Preferably with a turbo. Parts are still readily available weather from the auto wrecker or LMC on line.

    Truck for Do-er's

    Comfort wise its pretty good definetly spacious love the crew cab. It is ment for work though not pleasure. If you take care of the 7.3 IDI even though being really old school it will take anything you throw at it and keep going. it preforms well. The handling is outstanding very nice response I can literally steer with my pinky if I so choose to. Exterior is very bland but again ment for work not for show. Same as above for interior. Features aren't that great but it is really easy to upgrade or modify anything on the truck. I think it is a great value. I picked mine up off a guy who thought the engine was blown and it was a piece of garbage. but luckily it was a stuck thermostat and some electrical issues I fixed. Now it runs without a problem. It will take a beating and come back for more. Reliability is outstanding. this thing seems to survive through everything I put it through. Definitely a keeper. Very minimal rust on the body for being in ohio its whole life. If you take care of it it will take care of you. This truck is for people who need to get a job done.

    Absolute rip off

    worst truck ever bought. a serious rip off. how could someone have no conscious about selling this worthless truck to someone?

    Good work truck

    It's not for showin' it's for goin'. It's made to work and is good at it. Pulls well and handles well under any load. Used on a farm as a utility vehicle and never failed to perform it's duties.
