2013 Ford F-150 consumer reviews

I sold a F-250 with a V-10 and bought a super crew FX4 eco boost with the max tow package. I pull a toy hauler that loaded is over 10,000 pounds. The eco boost has more power than my V-10 and pulls the same hills with ease that my V-10 would struggle on. My truck came with 20" wheels with P metric tires which didn't work well with my trailer but some load range E Michelins solved the problem. This truck is so quiet and gets good mpg. This review is after 1year and 11,000 miles. The eco boost has lived up to all the advertising hype.

This truck rocks! Being older I remember the power plants of the late 60's and early70's. This truck has that type of power. I have the 5.0 HO version which has 412hp stock, (also known as the 5.0 Coyote) the standard 5.0 has 360 hp. If you want big V8 power the 5.0 is more than happy to supply it. The ECOBOOST engines are hard charging too but it seams the V8 5.0 has a flat torque curve that the ECO doesn't. The ECO is for pullin' The 5.0 is for flying! I have taken my 5.0 Coyote to the next level. I've added a K&N intake and a Flowmaster American Thunder Super 40 exhaust System. Although it is very loud when you get in it,Holy $### ! This truck is fast! All the boys at work, gas station, shopping mall, supermarket, oil change place and just about every where stare at it like it was an old girlfriend. Maybe its the 18" wheels, runningboards, fender flares, tonneau cover and the window guards all together along with the trucks basic great looks that draws them in and when I fire it up The boys all say WOW! Anyway its the perfect mix of power, performance and looks that make me smile every time I see it or drive it. Remember, there are all kinds of bolt-ons' for the F -150 that can make it ever better than stock. Buy one and make a statment! I did and 8 mounths later I'm more in love than ever! So for a sport truck I recommend one like mine 2013 STX 4x4 Std Cab 6 1/2 Bed 5.0 Coyote

Only had it a month but so far so good. This quad cab rides like a Cadillac. The eco boost engine has some punch if you want it.

Hello I love my 2013 Ford F-150 its runs great and looks great too. The gas mileage real good too I got 22 hwy going to GA form Oh with 5.0 lite and 4x4 i was happy.I trade a 2012 Dodge Ram 1500 in on it.2 wheel drive with the 5.7 Hemi in and no gas mileage. 3.55 rear end in both The Ford gets a lot better gas mileage

I will start out with the bad, (all interior) The center seat can not be put down safely while driving, you must use two hands to press the latch and pull seat forward(down). Also, same seat, the head rest sits over top the cup holders when in down position. Drivers side seat belt (the metal hook) seems to sit side ways and gets stuck between the door and seat side very often. It took a while to get use to the hill assist but I am very happy with my purchase and love everything about my ford, economy, handeling, ride, power, looks, fit, finish. A very good truck that I could not get from ANY other manufacturer. The 5.0 engine is very impressive, and quite untill you step on it and you can hear and feel the engine come to life. Thank You Ford for another great product.

I recently purchased the 2013 Ford F150 Super-Crew Cab (XLT with Chrome Package), and I can honestly say this was an excellent decision! The V-6 is every bit as powerful as advertised. The fuel economy is better than I expected (19 MPG in daily stop and go traffic). The interior is roomy, and the ride quality is exceptional. My recommendations for improvement are: some sort of in the cab storage for larger items, and a closed in area for storage in the bed. These are relative small issues that are extremely over shadowed by the service I received at AutoNation Ford Katy from Dimos and the team.

Paid 33400 for a 8' supercab XLT 4x4 HD every option avail. Good bang for the buck.Not bad mileage 18-20 at 70-80mph,will do 100 mph like nothing and pulls as easy.A work truck hot-rod

I will start with the only draw back, turning radius, could be a little better. Now with the multitude of good, drives great, handles well, decent fuel economy, average 19 overall, 302 / 360 hp. Very comfortable, long driving guy, never get tired, great visibility, room for 5 men...easy. Plenty of storage and Quite, which is very nice. On the highway I have hit 23 mpg.

This truck was quite an upgrade from our 1997 Chevy. It took a bit to get the electronics, but we really like the information center. Tailgate is perfect for putting on waders and with the new cap, my fishing gear is both safe and accessible.

My F150 with the 5.0 V8 sounds better then my Corvette. More horsepower then the covette has. So step a side Corvette. I know which one gets to stay in the garage.
