Really good car for the money. Backseat legroom is not great. Seats fold down and allow a lot of space for cargo. Engine has plenty of power.

Too many recalls

Love everything about the car, except the 4 recalls. The transmission being one of them. Hopefully after I get the recalls done I’ll love it.

THE WORST PURCHASE I HAVE EVER MADE. REGRETS

I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS VEHICLE. I PURCHASED MY 2012 FORD FOCUS SE IN 2012- A BRAND NEW VEHICLE. AFTER ALMOST ONE YEAR THE VEHICLE BEGAN GIVING ME PROBLEMS WITH SEVERAL RECALLS. ONE MORE YEAR TO PAYOFF MY CAR LOAN THE FORD FOCUS DIED AND I MEAN LITERALLY DIED ON ME. ACCORDING TO MORE THAN ONE MECHANIC AND MACHINE SHOP IT WAS BETTER FOR ME TO PURCHASE A NEW VEHICLE BECAUSE WITH THE HEAD GASKET CRACKED I LEARNED THAT THE ALUMINIUM SURFACE THAT IT GOES ONTO, 80 PERCENT OF THE TIME FAILS. THE ENGINE WAS GOING TO HAVE TO BE REBUILT. I WANTED TO JUST LEAVE THE CAR TO BE REPOSSESSED BUT I THOUGH OF THE EFFECT THAT WOULD HAVE HAD ON MY CREDIT AND CONTINUED TO PAY OVER 400$ MONTHLY UNTIL THE VEHICLE WAS PAID OFF IN FULL. DO NOT BUY THIS TYPE OF VEHICLE. YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY'S WORTH. A VERY, VERY BAD BUY.

Excellent condition with low mileage.

The car is excellent for in-town driving and gets great gas mileage using flex fuel. Easy to handle and park. It has new tires which makes it feel like you are driving it new off the showroom floor.

RECALL RECALL RECALL!!! Make mandatory new parts n

RECALL FROM BUMPER TO BUMPER. It shouldn't be this hard to have a dependable vehicle after you shell out thousands of dollars. If I wanted a 3000 pound paper weight I'd have went a little cheaper.

Surprisingly fantastic little car.

I rented a Ford Focus hatchback to go look at an Audi at a dealership. I was so impressed with the Ford Focus over the Audi that I drove back home and immediately started looking for a Ford Focus. Owned one ever since. It's a fantastic little car with excellent gas mileage and all of the features (SEL trim) a modern driver demands. Aside from the early model transmission issues these are incredibly comfortable and reliable cars. Not a sports car but if you really like to accelerate between stoplights they have the ST model to throw you to the back of your seat. I highly recommend this car.
