This Honda CR-V AWDIs an excellent vehicle

I did my homework, went to Love Honda, presented my offer, and drove out with my new car. Bryan Delbert and Mrs. Gosse were efficient and knowledgeable. This is my third Honda and I will continue to conduct my business with them. Thanks so much.

2016 Honda VR-V EX-L with NAV

Great car for small people! MPG about 27 overall. Solid car but interior is lacking. Navigation is subpar. Radio is nice. A little noisy for my tastes. Tire noise mostly. I just traded it for an all new 2017 CR-V Touring. The difference is amazing in every way!

Infotainment

The 2016 CRV EX-L that I purchased is okay, I liked my 2012 better. The redesigned transmission lets a bit to be desired. It is like there is no difference between any of the gears D,2nd & 1st seem almost the same. The worst is the infotainment system. I cannot get the system to recognize names for voice dialing. I have been to the dealer several times and they are of little help. I wanted the hands free dialing for the convenience and safety. The audio sounds good but to go from using a flash drive for music to using the radio you pretty much have to pull off the road because of so many menus to go through. I have gone to another dealer and they sound promising that they can get the problem corrected, I will find out tomorrow.

Very Disappointed

I have owned this car for a week and I am disappointed and wish I had not purchased it. Compared to my previous vehicle, a 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe, it does not feel as good to drive. It feels flimsy, small, and doesn't sit high enough. The infotainment system is complicated and has not worked properly. I have spent a lot of time trying to figure it out. The gas mileage is less than what I hoped (23 mpg). I wish I had looked at more vehicles in the same category or waited until the 2017 CRV came out. Like another reviewer said, after driving this vehicle for a week, I am noticing the vibration problem as well. The salesman who sold it to me told me after the fact that it was probably due to the cold weather we are having--not sure I believe this. I recommend that you consider other makes and models. This was purchased as a certified used vehicle with only a few thousand miles on it. I wish I had just kept my Santa Fe!

Honda CR-V 2016

Like the 2015 CR-V (which I didn't know until now) the 2016 also vibrates after a few thousand miles, and the Dealership says that it's a common complaint and they haven't figured out how to correct it. It would have been nice if that had been revealed before the purchase. I am very disappointed.

Very dissatisfied

I purchased the 2016 crv exl brand new in June 2016, before it was time for an oil change the tool light came on it was even 3 months or had 3000 miles yet, took it to the service center they reset it, soon after I keap feeling the car vibrate when I come to a stop, I would have to put it in N or P to stop the vibration, I also notice when I drive for a period of time the vibration gets worse, ive taken it back to the service center 3 times before they realised what I was complaining about, they keep telling me the vibration is normal, also the noise from the engine is very loud and annoying they keep telling me that's normal also, I am very disappointed with my purchase, I wanted a brand new car and I feel like I brought an old used car. Honda told me if they get complaints about the same problem from other drivers then they will look into it, so basically I'm stuck with a noisy vibrator until other people have problems, witch means by the time they figure out what to do, my car will have deprecated in value and my mileage will be up, Thanks Honda for leaving a bad taste in my mouth I will never purchase a brand new car again.

worst interior material ever

Purchased a 2012 crv for retirement. One year later black finish on door locks, cruise control knob turning white and steering wheel material looking rough. Sooo disappointed. Really cheap material. Afraid to buy another one.

Car Buying Experience

We recently purchased a new CRV for our daughters Birthday. We did our homework and went to a couple of dealerships, but Jones Honda, particularly Cristian our salesman, made us feel right at home. He did a fantastic job explaining the vehicle in detail to my daughter on her test drive! He was very patient and considerate, no pressure, while we were deciding between two vehicles. I had gotten a cheaper quote at another dealership but Cristian matched that without any question and made our family feel very comfortable with our buying experience. Also, made sure my daughter had a special Birthday with balloons on her car, she was so happy! Definitely will return!
