This vehicle is perfect for all driving needs. Great gas mileage and rides very smooth. Very roomy interior.

We got a (very) good deal on this Jeep that we used to replace our Saturn vue. The positives are that it looks decent aesthetically, has a good amount of features, and the uconnect system is probably one of the best out there. The cons, though, are pretty much everything else. It is extremely underpowered with abysmal gas mileage for a vehicle that has such little power. You would expect to trade one for the other, not both. Our most major problem was room. This was supposed to be at least somewhat comparable to the vue but it was far from it. The inside is cramped, particularly with kids in the back, and there is such little cargo room that even a moderate trip to the grocery store becomes a packing puzzle to fit everything in the back. Again, you would expect to trade one for the other, not both. Bottom line: if you're a single person that just wants a "suv" for a little extra ground clearance and has some decent creature comforts, this might work for you. If you're looking for a economical family vehicle, though, this misses the mark in almost every way. Gmc terrain is a much better alternative.

I?m enjoying the Jeep but I am experiencing a problem every so often when I turn the key in the ignition it won?t start. After a couple attempts it finally will. I had it to the dealership and of course it started up for them. Does anyone else experience this problem?

I need a car to get to WV and my sister had rented this Jeep. I had to problem going through the back roads of WV. I didn't even feel the bumps in the road and had no problem parking. Didn't like how simple the inside was. Or that the cup holder was place.

I had my heart set on a Patriot but after seeing this Compass, then driving it, I fell in love with it. It has more room inside overall and is very comfortable to drive. We are a Jeep family and I would recommend a Compass to all of my family and friends.

I went from a Jeep Grand Cherokee to the Compass Latitude edition. The size was a big change, but that was a good thing. The Grand was just too much car for me. The Compass is a perfect fit. Not too big, not too small. It drives and handles well, and the gas mileage is really good. I love the Compass, and I'm really glad that I decided on this one!
