Most reliable car Ive owned. Recommend it to all!
This vehicle is the best of all worlds when it comes to cars. This is my second Mazda CX5 and they just keep getting better. The safety features are amazing and the comfort is great. I spend many hours in the car each day and i will 100 percent keep buying the CX5. No need to look for another SUV.

Great Appeals from All the Critics but Not True !!
Mazda CX-5 2016.5 I started my research on suvs under 30k. Primary options were CRV RAV4 Rogue and CX-5. All the critics on multiple popular auto web sites rated cx-5 best SUV overall. I decided to trust them and went for cx-5. Have 5000 miles so far. No complaints about engine performance. Real fun to drive compared to rest mentioned here. However as I really really doubt it will last even 3 to 5 years compared to Honda or Toyota. The paint is really thin and even small chips will make their marks. Never happened to my old Toyota. Seats started squeaking even with low usage. The plastic area below steering is loose. The same is true for roof fittings and door seals. The mileage shows up by 2 to 3 every time on fuel resets. I hope the rust problem is resolved now. Interior body parts quality seems real low. The price range is at par with Honda or Toyota but not the quality. I don't understand the reason behind their pricing model but looks like skyactive is their only USP. I planned to keep it for 10 years. But I am worried.

My First Car
I love everything about this, except about a year into driving the vehicle the transmission needed to be replaced. Apparently after this happened to my car, there were 6 others that came in and needed their transmissions replaced. I am glad this is a lease and I don't have to worry about what is going to happen in the future.

Best car I ever owned
The car drives beautifully...i love that it's a bit zippy for a 4 cyl...the car is definitely sporty and sleek. It's really good in gas and I think my money was well spent..

A great small SUV
The car has an adequate ride for a car this small. Pickup is also good. The transmission sometimes shifts irregularly. The air conditioner is adequate. It does great in snow. Can't drive with rear windows down, air buffeting noise is loud. Good gas mileage, town and highway

So far so awesome!
I have the GT version of this model and it feels much more luxurious than it cost. Leather interior, moon roof, nav system, cushy ride...its like buttah... Another plus, it looks more sporty/high-end than the comparable crossovers out there. I just couldn't get into the Honda CRV, the body shape is just not great, let's face it. The CX-5 looks more like a luxury SUV at an affordable price.

Zoom Zoom
I think this is a nice quick SUV to get around. Handles well. But not very comfortable for traveling. Great for around town.
