    Traded in from 2023 BNW X5 and sorry I did.

    Traded in from 2023 BNW X5 and sorry I did. First, we are Dog people…..take our Dog with us everywhere. First question to the salesman was about remote start and duration and expressed my concerns because of the Dog, I was told I could only remote start from app and it would run for only 10 minutes but I could keep restarting from the app as many times as I wanted as long as the car had enough fuel, that was the sale for me. After trying the remote start app I found the salesman lied, it only works twice, 10 minutes each time. Vs the BMW which is twice as well but for 15 minutes each time. Had I known this I would not have leased the vehicle and because I have a lease I am stuck with it for 36 months. Comparing the Mercedes to the 23 BMW I’m disappointed as the BMW had more standard features, besides the remote start, BMW had a free 3 year service plan, Mercedes does not. The BMW had free WIFI, the Mercedes does not, WiFi cost an additional $20.00 per month 😤.. I was able to connect Amazon Alexa to the BMW which is a huge plus, Mercedes does not allow Amazon Alexa interface, major disappointment. The BMW had 4 way heat/air, the Mercedes does not. The BMW had Heads-up display, Mercedes does not. The Sirius XM app in Mercedes is hard to manage, the BMW was easy. Overall I was happier with the BMW and am not very impressed with the Mercedes other than the ride and performance. As soon as my lease is up I will be going back to BMW. The Mercedes Dealership is great with the exception of the lying Salesman. To sum it up…. I was happier with the BMW and will be going back to BMW in 34 months.
