Most wonderful car I?ve owned
This car has it all... it?s luxurious, sporty, super comfortable, peppy, sexy, and fun! And even though it has the wonderful convertible top, it?s a year-round cold weather car with things like heated seats and high-pressure washers for the headlights!

Rag Top Fun
Purchased used, and did some minor work on it. Very easy to work on. I replaced the brake pads and rotors, new plugs, synthetic oil change and couldn't be happier. This car gets lots of compliments, especially with the top down. As a used luxury car, for the price I get that same feeling as I would in a new $45,000 convertible. A few times I was asked if it was new it looks that good. The trunk even with the top down will hold a few bags of groceries, or enough luggage for a weekend getaway. Cheap to fill and great MPG.

SAAB SportCombi, very fun to drive wagon.
The most fun we have had the last 10 years driving the SAAB 93 Wagon. Wow what a machine. I will miss this car when we sell it. I will miss the cornering, quick passing, superb handling, and ability to fill if full of whatever we wanted to carry because it was a wagon. We drove it nonstop to from Wisconsin to Florida several times and the comfortable seats made it easy. We would buy another SAAB if they were still in business. Too bad for GM, they dropped a good line of vehicle with loyal SAAB followers.

Opel with turbo
Well, this car was built on GM Opel platform with GM engine. It is still fun to drive on a freeway because it has a turbo, but steering, suspension, gear box, clutch is what I don't like at all. This is not a sports car and basically not a Saab. The only things left from Saab there is the ignition key (positioned between the seats) and the Night panel switch. And do not expect any garage down the street to fix it; the car needs a Saab mechanic. It is very said to see what GM did to a once very interesting brand with a distinguished character. I heard Germans have a saying that every car eventually turns into Opel. Well ... it is already an Opel :-)

TurboX is the most fun for under $20,000
I got this car on a trade for a Saab 9-7X 5.3L I no longer had a need for. Thought I was trading into a car I could flip - I fell in love instead. I will never let go of this car. It's a love/hate relationship sometimes but it runs SOO WELL and pulls so well. It's one of the best handling/riding cars I have ever owned. I also have a 2006 9-3 Automatic 2.0T Wagon and it's fun and enjoyable - but the 2.8T V6 XWD and the 6 speed manual just make the driving experience 100% enjoyable - every time.

Second Saab
I had a 2004 Aero convertible, which I loved and put 260k miles on. I then moved on onto a 2014 Audi S5 Cabriolet Prestige. Beautiful car, loved it, although expensive. Unfortunately a drunk driver totaled her within my first year of owning it. So I bought a 2008 Aero convertible with the v6 turbo. Great car, not as luxurious as the S5 but 1/3 the car payment. This thing goes too, even the automatic. The auto has sport mode, which changes shifting patterns, similar to, but not in the same league as the S5 triptronic, that transmission was amazing.

I love this car! It has awesome handling, great performance and quality. This car is such a joy to drive, with the turbo the acceleration in this car is amazing. I would recommend this car to any one looking for a sporty car without the high cost!

Fun to drive!
Owned a 9-3 Aero, bought used with 15K miles on it. Did a Stage 1 and 2 ECU upgrade on it to boots the HP up to close to 300. Six speed, very fun to drive, rare (not like an Accord or Camry where you see 50 every day). Value is outstanding, compare cost to own to BMW 3 or Audi A4, you get similar performance for a fraction of the cost. Downside is repairs can be costly and SAAB parts can be hard to find. For the 2008 models, GM produced them so Cadillac parts work for most fixes. Fast, fun to drive and inexpensive to purchase...can't be the Aero Turbo with an ECU Upgrade!
