Love my Saab

My second Saab. I hope they stay in business because I'll never go back. I love the turbo engine's quickness for pulling out. The car just feels solid and performs beautifully. And it looks really good for the price tag. My only complaint is that IF something major should go wrong, I'd have to take it to the closest Saab dealership which is 100 miles away.

2007 9-3 Aero Sport Sedan Best Car Ever

I bought my 2007 9 3 Aero Sedan (V6 Turbo) about 6 months ago. This is by far the best car I have driven. The turbo is amazing, the car takes off like a jet, from almost ANY speed. Very responsive , light, fast and POWERFUL. The Aero kit makes the look timeless. The interior is neat, loaded but without the clutter, heated seats, voice command, backup sensors, tiptronic transmission ( manual mode option) with a Bose system. When I went car shopping SAAB wasn't on my radar, I was looking for a coupe, Mustang, BMW 330I and Infiniti G35 coupe. I only test drove the SAAB Aero as an afterthought after I saw price, and I was hooked immediately, It was by far the best test drive. I'm only speaking of the Aero but I hear the 2.0T is also good. If you can find an Aero grab it! The only issue I have with the car is parts because SAAB is going out of business, the parts are getting harder to come by even though they say SAAB Parts is not affected by the bankruptcy. My car got hit on the side a couple weeks ago and I'm having hard time with collision repair shops because they say the replacement parts are scarce even through the dealer, so it's not a car you wanna dent or wreck and that's why I gave it a 4 on reliability. I haven't had any mechanical issues except for a wheel bearing I had to replace after hitting a pothole, got the part at a local parts store, it drives like a new car . I'd buy another SAAB Aero in a heartbeat if I had to, regardless of the parts issue because Ill find them somehow. I now understand why SAAB owners are loyal to that brand. Once you drive a SAAB you become more interested in a car's drivability and it's hard to find another that's as fun to drive. I hope someone saves SAAB so they can continue to make great cars.

Saab Convertible ... A Looker with Power

A car that has that newer look and has people take another look and smile. It's a convertible with power (V6 w. 255+ hp)... press the S button and watch out! Lots of fun and fun items in it. Excellent tires. Even for a tall and athletically built man like myself, I fit in comfortably. Overall, a fun car with the option to go topless in California!

Love my SAAB 9.3 (this is my 2nd one)

I wanted an Audi A4 this time, but considering the resale value on the SAAB 9.3 these days, I really think it's a much better investment. Sad that SAAB is going by the wayside, but... get 'em while you can!!

Saab 9-3

LOVE THIS CAR! It is the BEST car I have ever owned. I have owned 4 Saabs now & want to buy my 5th. Once you own a Saab, nothing else compares. I mistakenly have a different car recently & MISS MY SAAB :( So I am going back to the Saab. This car is FUN TO DRIVE & makes me FEEL like this is ME. I have owned 3 manual trans (woman driver) & they are EXTRA FUN to drive! My teenage son asked me to "DRIFT" - we DRIFTED & the car was AMAZING at MAINTAINING control. I was worried at 1 point, but the car was in Control. I drive this car LIKE I STOLE IT as it has GREAT cornering with no sweat. Love the deluxe ammenities - moonroof, heated seats, unique cup holders. This car makes a statement. It is well designed and quality workmanship shows. My recommendations, ONLY DRIVE A SAAB! You will not be disappointed.

So happy I bought this car spent 2 months trying to find the right one at the right price and sure did. I have owned so many cars over the years and by far this car has been my favorite to drive. Tons of great features and does really well on gas

I love my new-to-me car

I bought a SportsCombi (Saab 93 wagon) a few months ago from a private owner who listed on cars.com. The car is FANTASTIC. I was pleasantly surprised by the windshield sensors -- when it rains... This is my 2nd used Saab (bought a '97 Saab 900SE Turbo in '07); my husband owns one too. We're fans.

2008 9-3 2.0T Sedan...SWEET!

I bought this 9-3 two weeks ago. Wow! Talk about underrated...I drove a 325CI and an Audi A4 2.0T prior to getting the 9-3. The BMW was really nice, great feel, but kind of gutless (rwd was iffy for Idaho winters anyway). I really liked the A4, which was in 1st place until I did some heavy research...too many major problems over 50K miles (several owners had to replace the engine at 60K...no thanks!). What else...ah an 06 Acura TL or an 08 Saab 9-3. Well I was going to go for a TL, but way too expensive for the number of miles. Checked out the 9-3. Well within the budget! What? It has 210hp and 221tq @ 1800 rpm fuel efficient engine that runs on 87 reg gas! It's quite, handles well (not quite on par with the A4 or 325Ci, but close), is quiet, comfortable, roomy, big trunk, feels SOLID like the A4 and BMW! I'm actually getting better MPG than my '07 2.5S Altima and have a lot more power!! And I have a 5yr 100K powertrain warranty. Reviews indicate the reliability has improved greatly. OK this 9-3 is the best all around car that I have ever owned (thus far)...and I've owned many...too many! I can't beleive they are not more popular...

This is a great car

I have been the proud owner of 4 saab 9-3s. The refreshening of the 08 year only made this car better. The cars have always been reliable and the performance for the price is more than adequate. The leather upholstery can be a bit fragile and I encourage all to use leather conditioner to keep it supple and flexible. The only other thing that could be better is a bit more space in back seat for rear passenger seating, and the new standard GM radio looks out of place and cheep in this car. All in all i've bought in the past and continue to be loyal to this brand, cost for maintenance is about the same for any other GM car and i've never had to do any repairs ever! other than preventive maintenance and standard servicing.
