Perfect car if you have two rapidly growing kids..
Backseats are cramped in every car except mini-vans and SUVs...and with today's gas prices, who wants to be driving a mini-van or an SUV just to tote around a couple of kids?? A family vacation on one tank of gas, with optional video games/DVD player with headphones in back for the boys, optional iPod jack and a great stereo for me, tons of room for us and all of our stuff, and 34 mpg...kinda makes you forget it's probably the ugliest looking car on the road. Handles beautifully, and amazingly quiet for such an inexpensive vehicle. Highly recommend getting the cargo net option if you plan on using it to get groceries. The standard bag hooks are fine, but don't work too well if there are people in that back seat.

Wonderful city car
The "Box" is perhaps THE perfect city car. It is easy on gas, has lots of space, numerous standard features, and is easily customizable. Some of the negatives are that it takes a while to pick up speed, has almost non-existent interior lighting, noisy interior, tiny vanity mirros (with no lights), and the seats can be uncomfortable after a long drive, some question its styling. The positives far outweigh the negatives, though. It is great on gas, has a very spacious interior, rear seats fold down, its size allows it to fit into almost any parking space, has a peppy engine and decent handling, and lots of standard features. It is very easy to cusomize right from the showroom/Scion catalog or website. Basically, it is perhaps the PERFECT car for getting around in the city.
