Good suv but bad navigation system.

The navigation system has no voice prompts, my 2012 Chrysler 300 had this feature. I assumed it was on all cars, very disappointed. It is dangerous to try to watch the screen when in traffic. I would not have purchased this vehicle if I had been aware of this.

New 2019 Highlander

This is the first Highlander I have owned. I purchased it as my family was in need of a larger and reliable vehicle. I am very excited to own it.

After 2 days of ownership I'm still in love with t

We live in the snow. Handles well. A smooth ride. Love the new technology. The car is an SUV but feels like an expensive car in the way it handles and the ride.

Best purchase we’ve ever made

I did my research and had narrowed my decision down to three midsized SUV’s. I knew exactly what I wanted and had my list of boxes to check off. Toyota made my decision easy. I won’t go into all the details, but would simply say the Highlander checked off ALL my boxes and then surprised me with so many others. The best thing I can tell you is go test drive one with a very knowledgeable sales person and you will be hooked. I am one happy camper!!

Not happy

Please contact me at 8598663993 if interested in filing suit for voice recognition problem. I didn’t pay over $40,000 for a car with voice recognition problem which is one of things I wanted as I use gps everyday

Do not buy a 2019 Highlander Platinum

Great SUV except for the Navigation System. Purchased late October and navigation system has never worked properly. No voice commands without going thru extra steps previously described. Every time you turn car off you have to start with programming/activation steps all over again. Toyota says working on fix but do not know when they will have it. Already been almost five months. Serious safety problem using map without voice commands!

Great Experience

This vehicle is beautiful and comfortable. There are many safety features, and it is a pleasure to drive. The many options on the vehicle make it a well-equipped machine.

Don't buy!

This car has a mind of its own. The designers assumed you are an idiot, and indeed I feel like an idiot for buying it. I owned an older Highlander and was very satisfied, but this 2018 model - don't even get close. The navigation system is a awful and the system hesitates when you need to push it a little (probably to save the planet). The manuals are also awful. Do yourself a favor - don't!!!
