LOVE OUR HIGHLANDER!!

We were in an accident last week in our 2016 Highlander. Rear ended while stopped on a bridge. We had minor injuries, and our Highlander was totaled. Immediately, we knew we would replace it with a new one. We just purchased a 2019 Highlander Limited Platinum AWD!! We feel safe & know we will love our new Toyota!

Great car. Need the GPS problem resolved.

My 2019 Platinum Highlander Hybrid meets all of my needs, minus the GPS problem. After reading a few reviews, I did find one which provides a temporary solution. Using the "accessories only mode", you can press the START button without your foot on the brakes and set your GPS for your destination and press GO. You should hear the voice command at this step. Next start the vehicle as usual by pressing the START button a second time with your foot on the brakes. Boo-yah...you have voice until you turn your vehicle off.

My third Highlander!

I love this car. It suits me as if made just for me. This one is the third one I have owned and I've loved all, but the improvements made just keep getting even better each time.

Best Car Ever

Great vehicle - Drives great and has lots of room. Very safe! This is my 2nd Highlander - I had a 2015 and drove it 120,000 without any problems. Changed the Tires once and did the brakes...other then that no problems. I would of held on to it for another 80,000 miles without a problem.

Nice vehicle but not multiple car seat friendly

We bought this vehicle to transport 3 grandkids who are all in car seats. The 3rd row is a little difficult to access especially to assist a child to get buckled up. If not for that its a really nice ride and I like the amenities.

This is my fourth Highlander...love it!

The Highlander is a great vehicle. The ride is smooth. The comfort is outstanding and the reliability is top notch. This is my fourth Highlander lease in a row and it’s tough to get anything else.

Navigation System

Like everyone that purchased the Platinum Edition of the 2019 Highlander, I too am disappointed in the fact the Navigation doesn’t speak turn by turn, nor does the voice when you ask it to make a call to someone from your contacts. I asked about restaurants in the area I was in and it showed them to me then went crazy and started dialing people from my contact lists! Terrible to spend your hard earned money and be unhappy with your purchase. I had Toyota’s since the Corona came out then switched to the 4Runner and have been extremely satisfied. I had no reservations about purchasing another Yoyota but after this experience I am questioning on whether to keep purchasing Toyota’s in the future. Very disappointed!
