2008 Toyota Tundra consumer reviews

it was ok driving had a few issues that could have been improved. needs a lower hood please. Well i hope that this info is helpfull to someone who reads it.

If you haven't yet driven a Tundra you need to jump in. The 5.7L V8 was comparable in power to most 1 ton or diesal powered trucks. That goes for towing as well. I found the exterior to be very stylish and tough looking. The interior of the truck is very comfrotable with lots of storage cubbies, and space. All this was great but the thing that was most impressive was all the standard features, curtain air bags, anti sway, anti skid, tracktion control, over sized breaks, heavy duty suspension...the list go on and on. It took me 3 months of driving every different truck out on the market, I liked the chev, but with all the same features the price was $3K more than the Tundra. Ford didn't have the power I was looking for(the sales man kept wanting to get me into a F-250 when I compare the Tundra to it). Dodge and Nissan had lots of power but just wasn't very impressive with all other features. I would recommend the Tundra to anyone. I am not being byast either I used to be a Ford, Dodge and Chevey truck owner as well. Hope this review helps.
