This week, at Regal Lakeland, I had a commendable buying experience thanks to an exceptional salesman, Victor Estrada. His integrity, relatability, and advocacy resulted in my wife getting the exact car she wanted at a very fair price. After test driving this specific Honda CRV model at 4 other dealerships, I was getting annoyed at hearing the same sales tactics and cliches over and over again. By contrast, it was refreshing to meet Victor when my wife and I walked into his office. He was a good listener and paid close attention to my wife's priorities before her test drive. He was also patient in explaining, in layman's terms, some of the advanced safety features this car was equipped with. She was impressed with this CPO car. Victor was able to secure a fair price on a fine vehicle that should last for years. Regal Lakeland will be my first stop when replacing my vehicle next year. Once again, as always, I still continue to receive exceptionally excellent expert customer service, and also, technical repair & maintenance service from (AutoNation Acura North Orlando in Sanford, FL) over the last 22 years for my Acura TL (2004) where I also bought my car. My service team lead manager, Jeff Morton, works very closely with his Master Mechanic Technicians to address & resolve all of the problems that I identify for my 22 year old car, and also, proactively identify & resolve any problems that I didn't know about before those problems can become even bigger (worse) & more expensive to repair. This is why my 22 year old car car still looks like new, drives like new, the gas mileage (MPG) is slightly better than when my car was new & my car's speed acceleration (0-60 MPH) is the same/better as when I purchased my car new. I really appreciate this kind of continued exceptionally excellent expert customer & technical service.
