I have been looking for a Subaru Baja fora while now and I finally did at carmax in salt lake. I was three hours away and couldn't get out there quickly so they held the car for me. FOR A WEEK. They had people come in and was wanting it.But they still held it. I wish they would negotiate on the price. But I got it at a good price. The car was in top shape and the interior is awesome. Overall a 4 star experience. Good communication, decent service times and snacks while waiting. Sometimes it feels like work is being drummed up, while sometimes it doesn’t. Been going here for years and ultimately feel they’re on par or better than other options. Just wish pricing was a little bit better, and I noticed a cost associated with the multi point inspection on the work detail sheet, which seems odd to me since that appears to be an opportunity to drum up business. Maybe it wasn’t clear and they would tell me it’s included and I don’t understand the sheet. Either way, 4 stars.

In 2008, my folks bought a new Chrysler Pacifica Limited. The car sales man was great. He knew all about the car and showed us everything about it. The dealership it's self is beautiful and super clean. They also have AWESOME cars inside in which you can sit and mess around in. The overall rating is a 4 BECAUSE, it is so hard to get a hold of these guys to take the car in. We've called 4 or 5 times to only leave messages that have never been responded to, so we are planning on just going there whether they want us to or not!
