Found a great deal on an Infiniti G37 but wanted my wife to check it out first. When we went the next day it was gone! While there, however, I learned about their terrific warranty plans so when when we saw the car I really wanted - a Jaguar XK - I didn't hesitate, knowing their warranty would ease any concerns I might have about this expensive-to-repair car. Again, when I went to this same location it had disappeared from their website! A helpful saleswoman told me one of their managers was driving it but it was mine if I wanted it - and I did!

On Friday, 10JULY2020, I went into Hall Acura because I wanted to trade my 2016 Dodge Charger and wanted to explore some options. I worked with Katt Kirk, who immediately took interest in what I wanted instead of what she wanted to sell me. Within 2 hours and 3 options later, she had me hooked on a 2017 Acura MDX. The next day, I returned and opened the door to get some numbers going. Both Katt and the Hall Acura staff were incredibly generous with my trade-in value and Katt went out of her way to make certain that I wasn’t going to bury myself. She truly looked after my best interest and worked her knowledge and professionalism to ensure (even with no additional money down) that i got the best deal. Only very negative experience we had was trying to put dwn $ on car when buying it. Turns out we had to take like 15 mn to begin with in the finance agents office to figure out how to increase our daily withdrawal limit from our chkg acct to make a pymnt on cost of suv to lwr its price. Then it turned out we could only make a max amt pymnt due to other small purchases earlier in day. The remng amt had to put on cc. All this because noone had common sense to tell us to bring our checkbook for simplicity. All this wasted like half an hour and didn't even include all the other items requiring review. Talk about ruining the experience. The only good part of the suv purchase has been our sales agent Jay Weil. I give her an A. She has been totally helpful all the way thru. Gave good suggestions like the behind the front seats gap filler/ storage units. Very good! Ken Watkins
