Great exterior high tech look, gets admirable looks from people walking by, lots of safety features incl side and rear car approaching warning, lane drift correction. Good high tech interior incl both touch screen and manual control. Ride quality not smooth, can feel road more than should for expectation for a Acura. My almost 20 year old TSX still rides better.

Outreach is top notch if you’re on the updates they follow up keep you apprised of any changes. I was hoping for something to work out my way I feel finance and sales were in tune with the sale it just didn’t work out for me 4-5 - 5-5 would have been the sale

I had a very stress free and simple purchase. My salesman Sayed was outstanding — very knowledgeable, very accommodating of changing schedules, and very pleasant to work with. There were none of the “usual tricks” — disappearing with the trade-in keys, asking “what it would take to buy the car today” etc etc. They honored the “internet price” without being asked. The best compliment I can give is that I would go back there to buy another new car.

My wife and I live in Jacksonville, so naturally we looked around at the Honda dealerships here. Not finding a positive connection, we looked online and showed interest in a Fit that Lake City had. There were none of the high pressured sales techniques you expect and receive at most dealerships. He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond for someone who lives in Las Vegas. In all my years (70 ) I have never had such a positive car buying experience. My sales person was amazing. He listened to me, was patient and did everything he could to find me a vehicle I would love. I was on a very tight budget and he worked with me showing me what was a possible vehicle I could buy. I fell in love with an Acura RDX and I thought I would not be able to buy it. The financing person was awesome. He jumped through hoops, went the extra miles to find me just what I needed to drive home in that car. AND it was right at the payment amount I could afford.
