Im a first time buyer. This is like the first major purchase I?ve ever had. I was beyond clueless but Alexis walked me through every step of the way with utmost patience. We were there for hours as I asked so many questions and she didnt mind at all.

My review is all positive. Particularly we LOVE the Sound proofing inside the car. Only negative is it is GAS HOG! It is BIG and sometimes I feel bulky. All the features are sometimes difficult to remember how to do what. Navigation system is "goofy" at times claiming it does not have such listing..

Buying was stressful and vehicle was poorly detailed and prepared. Was very hard to get extra set of keys.

We had a such stellar experience at the Paragon Woodside. We dealt with Imran Muhammad and Justin Hili. They really took the time to listen to our proposal and we entered into such a great deal! Imran took the time to ensure we have all the documents we need. Paul Padilla also assisted us. Overall, we had such a positive experience and we strongly recommend their dealership to anyone planning to do an upgrade.

The recent purchase of my Acura MDX was the most pleasant experience with purchasing the vehicle that I have ever had. I am so THANKFUL for Carli here at JC Lewis service. In 2021, we bought a brand new CX5 and drove our way from IL to Savannah. There, I left the new car and my daughter. Being 700+ miles away, I get very anxious about her dealing with "dealerships" and possibly being taken advantage of. Recently the car just "stopped" and had an emergency brake issue. We had the car towed to JC Lewis where Carli and the service team went to work. I cannot tell you how WONDERFUL, PATIENT, UNDERSTANDING, INFORMATIVE, KIND, all the feel-good words that Carli was and made me feel SO MUCH BETTER about my daughter having to deal with this. They had the car for about 3 weeks, provided a courtesy car and made sure to go over everything, made the repairs and then some. There were other issues that arose while they had it and I anxiously waited for a bill that could be in the thousands, but Carli was diligent in making sure anything that was covered under warranty, was. I cannot tell you how much I APPRECIATE her and her constant communication over the past 3 weeks. She didn't have to go that extra mile to put me at ease, as my daughter IS 26 :) but she did, and I am SO relieved. Seeing as this is the only Mazda dealership near my daughter in Savannah, she'll continue to bring her car there for all services. I did a lot of "homework" before we bought our Mazda's and if you're on the fence, Mazda (CX5) is the way to go & JC Lewis Mazda is the place for all your service needs. Thanks again Carli! I recently purchased a 2020 MDX from Jay Kraus. I researched many cars and dealerships within a 500 mile radius of Colorado Springs. Jay was excellent in getting back with me on everything. It was a non-pressure sales experience. He even came in on his day off (since that day worked best in my schedule.) The whole transaction was easy and the car is fantastic. I recently took my 2012 MDX (over 120,000 miles and still going strong) in for service. It was rather late in the day - around 4 pm - and I did not have an appointment. Branden Hayes was my service advisor, and he was able to get my car scheduled for service on the spot. I was going to be waiting for my vehicle and Branden advised it would take 1.5 - 2 hours to complete the maintenance. I sat in a very nice waiting room and enjoyed some light refreshments while I waited. Another Acura employee was walking around handing out Christmas Cards. He gave me one that had a 10% discount coupon inside. The card clearly stated that the coupon must be displayed at the time service is written up, but I immediately took it over to Branden who assured me that he would apply the discount towards my service invoice. My vehicle service was completed in a timely fashion (just under 1.5 hours) and I saved a little bit of money to. I have been using Acura of Laurel's service department since they opened and have always received this type of service. They always make me feel welcome, and the services they perform have kept all of my vehicles running smoothly. I have had four Acuras over the years - an 89 Integra, a 05 TL (my favorite!), a 2012 MDX and a 2020 TLX Technology, which is my current daily driver. All of these were serviced at Acura of Laurel. The TL had over 225,000 miles when I finally traded it in, and it was still running flawlessly. Thank you, Acura of Laurel, for the exceptional level of service that you provide.

I went in for an oil change and was able to get in an out pretty fast. I had a great time talking with the friendly staff also.

Very responsive. No pressure. They understood my time table. And they offered assistance as I live in Pennsylvania. I have not purchased yet but plan to go over to drive a car.
