Spitzer Jeep RAM Brook Park review
Toni Nemi is great at what he does- that’s why I came back for a second time. He is personable and treats his customers like family. He works hard to make his customers happy and it does not go unnoticed.
2021 Acura RDX review
I absolutely love this car. I've taken it on several 500 mile trips and it's by far the most comfortable car I've ridden in. One component many reviews do not mention is the stereo system. I have the A-SPEC, which comes with 16 speakers. It was an important reason for me choosing the vehicle, along with the A-SPEC blue pearl color. The stereo system sounds incredibly accurate and by far the best stereo I've heard in a vehicle. It could use a little more low end power to hit low end notes, yet I'm still impressed with it every time I listen to it. And it's good at replicating sound in all genres. Any track sounds good and tuned perfectly! My back has been a struggle the last couple of years and it's one of the reasons I bought the car as well. The seats are extremely comfortable and adjustable. I run hot and the ventilated seats aren't strong, but do make all the difference to keep me cool and dry. The cornering is impressive for an SUV. The torque vectoring clearly pushes you in the turns and helps you turn; very impressive system and makes it very fun to drive. We have some extremely bad roads in the Midwest and it rides better than my other vehicles (2007 TL and 2000 Camaro), but I suppose it could be a little smoother according to some people. I have no complaints with ride quality. Another great thing about the vehicle is how easy driving long distances is. With the adaptive cruise control and lane keep assist, I don't think I could go without it. I haven't driven a lot of vehicles with this system, but I have no complaints with it; it greatly reduces driver fatigue. I drove 10 hours home when I picked it up, and felt great after. Other vehicles definitely make that a struggle. What many people have complaints with is the touch pad for the infotainment system. Once I used it a few times, I got used to it. It seems cumbersome, but Acura designed it this way to keep your eyes on the road. When you realize this, you'll notice how that is true; it does keep your eyes on the road, and I'm satisfied with it. The interior likely isn't the best in class, but there certainly isn't anything wrong with it and I do find it attractive. As mentioned earlier, the A-SPEC blue pearl is quite stunning. I like all the colors, so you can't go wrong with any color, but do check out the blue and red in person; they're my favorite colors. The overall design of the vehicle is one of my modern-day favorites. The panoramic sunroof is nice and worth mentioning. I've heard people complain about the interior noise, but I have no complaints, even if I'm doing 80. Maybe there are other cars that are quieter, but I haven't ridden in one. Hopefully my review helps you with your decision. I love cars and look forward to driving it every time I get in the car. I don't see myself ever regretting the purchase other than the mpg. Just like most cars, the faster you go the worse it gets. It gets about 24 when I was doing 75 for 400 miles. If you start pushing 80, it can really plummet. I haven't taken many trips at 60mph, but it can get 26 @ 60mph for sure. I'd say it can do 27 at 55 mph, but generally 65 is the speed limit in my state. 21mpg has been the consistent number for me in the city. So the advertised mpg from Acura is accurate.

I had a great experience at Crown Acura! Everyone was helpful and made me feel comfortable and at ease especially as a woman buying a car! Kudos to Colin, Jason, Vince, and Jim! A+++++
2024 Acura RDX review
An Acura is a good car, and the price and features are luxury class and comparable to Audi, BMW, Lexus, Volvo, Infiniti, etc. But where you buy your car / service your car matters, and the Sterling McCall dealership is NOT recommended at all. I was treated 10x better at a Honda Dealership with my last purchase, yet an Acura was supposed to be a luxury or upgraded level of professional service; Not even close.

I had a great experience working with Matthew at Crown Acura throughout the entire process of getting my Acura Integra. He was extremely helpful, responsive, and willing to go the extra mile to make everything come together. What I appreciated most was how he continued exploring different options to help me find the car with the exact specifications I wanted. He was very communicative throughout, which made the entire experience of getting a new car feel easy and pleasant. I really appreciate all of the time and effort Matthew put into helping me, and I would definitely recommend working with him!
2024 Acura RDX review
I have owned my 2024 Acura RDX for 2.5 years and I have totally enjoyed it. I owned a 2022 before this one and they offer the most comfortable and smooth ride that I have experienced. I will by an RDX again if I decide to upgrade. They hold their value. My paint and interior are still in excellent condition.

I stopped into Crown Acura after searching for a good used vehicle in Michigan, Indiana and other dealers in Ohio. Colin MacLean II helped me with finding the perfect vehicle for my needs while Jim Campo found the best financing to seal the deal. They made the process very smooth and satisfying and I ended up with more than just a good vehicle. I ended up with a great one.

My PMC edition is #66 of only 200 made. The NSX color of Long Beach Blue is unique to the RDX PMC and looks fabulous. This mid-size SUV does everything well. I'd find it hard to have made a better choice for myself. And, I am a former NSX owner as well

It’s a very laid back dealership no pressure salesman and a nice selection of vehicles. I didn’t buy the original vehicle I went to look at but the salesman showed me other things within my price range. I did purchase a vehicle from them and I love it very clean and well maintained. Finance was straightforward and easy my credit isn’t the greatest but they got me approved for a rate that was even with my credit union. I would consider going back to them in the future.

Crown Acura review
Five Stars for Crown Acura – Exceptional Service and Unmatched Honesty! I recently had an outstanding experience at Crown Acura and highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-tier vehicle service or a stress-free dealership environment. I actually purchased my Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) Acura MDX from a different dealer, but before I bought it, I reached out to Chris McGrew, the General Manager at Crown Acura. Because the SUV was originally purchased and serviced at his facility, Chris was able to shed light on its exact history. Even though he knew I was ultimately buying it from another dealership, he took the time to review the records, told me the car was in great condition, and genuinely recommended that I get it. There was absolutely zero pressure from him or his staff to change my mind or buy from them instead. When the MDX needed some warranty work completed later on, I brought it straight back to Crown Acura. I was paired with service representative Ashley Rubensaal, who was absolutely great to deal with. She was incredibly thorough in explaining the warranty service that needed to be performed, and she seamlessly arranged a loaner car for me so my day wasn't interrupted. This wasn't my first time at Crown Acura; I have been to this dealership several times before, and the staff is consistently polite, helpful, and never pushy. I would have gladly purchased my MDX directly from them, but they just didn't have the specific year and model combination I was hunting for at the time. On top of the stellar customer service, the facility itself is beautiful, clean, and modern. Plus, it is located right off the freeway, making it incredibly convenient and easy to access. If you want a dealership with true integrity, go see Chris, Ashley, and the team!

My review is all positive. Particularly we LOVE the Sound proofing inside the car. Only negative is it is GAS HOG! It is BIG and sometimes I feel bulky. All the features are sometimes difficult to remember how to do what. Navigation system is "goofy" at times claiming it does not have such listing..

One of the main reasons I was interested in the RDX was its safety ratings and features. I am very pleased with those features and warning, I think they work well. I like the way the RDX looks and drives. I thought I would miss it not being a 6 cylinder engine but the 4 cylinder turbo is fine. I’m very happy with my RDX.

Very straight forward and willing to answer all questions even before you ask. This is the main reason I got my Honda Element EX from them. They made it easy for me to make this purchase, quick fast and easy.

Wadsworth Motorcars, Inc.Reviews
Wadsworth Motorcars, Inc. review
We buy a new vehicle for personal or business use about once a year. We usually go to the big dealerships but happened to find a vehicle at this location. This is by far the best experience I’ve ever had with the dealership. Not only was JR friendly and helpful, but he was the most honest person I’ve ever dealt with a dealership. Without me even asking, he pointed out the finance charges and what would be the total amount of interest paid if we went the term of the loan. No other sales person has ever done that, because they don’t want you to see how much money you’re paying in interest. Although I was well aware of what the interest amount would be, I didn’t expect to hear it from my sales person, and I was very pleasantly surprised that they weren’t trying to hide anything. I searched from Cleveland to canton and they had the best price by far on my vehicle. We will definitely be checking here first for every vehicle purchase in the future!
2020 Acura RDX review
By far, the best vehicle I owned. It is just so comfortable and fun to drive. I purchased the Advanced model which has more bells and whistles than I could ever imagine. The only thing it doesn’t do is drive by itself..

I had a great experience at Motorcars. The staff was very knowledgeable about the products, friendly, kind and professional. I went to browse last year and came back this year to make a purchase….the salesperson I worked with (Duane) remembered me and answered all my questions….and I had many as I was used to driving a 14 year old car! Lol Everyone I encountered there was a pleasure to meet. Thank you Motorcars! I’m now a loyal customer. :)

Very knowledgeable, professional and helpful during my purchase! I wasn’t pressured into anything, like most salespersons have the tendency of doing. I am going to definitely recommend my friends and family!

Excellent!! Wonderful experience Michelle was so very helpful, picked me up at my house and I drove home in my new car within the hour. I HIGHLY recommend them. This is my fourth Volvo XC90 and wouldn’t drive anything else! Happy shopping. Joni D.
2023 Acura RDX review
We bought our 2023 Acura RDX Tech model at the end of March 2023 as a Certified Used Car. It had 13,200 miles at the time of purchase. We truly enjoy the car, but there a couple of minor issues that we hope that get resolved when we have it serviced in the near future. The window seal at the driver's door makes a whistling sound above 35 mph. There is a loud clunk that occurs when we first start the car and put it in reverse. We believe that the clunk is coming from the sunroof mechanism, not the transmission since seems coming from above the rear seats. The infotainment/navigation system is difficult and distracting to use. We were aware of the complicated infotainment system before we bought the car, and we decided we could live it. Fortunately we are able to overcome that issue by using Apple CarPlay. The car is very comfortable and handles well. Looks great. We appreciate all of the luxury features.

The Transfer process was unfriendly. The vehicle I was interested in had to be released from My hold and I had to wait until it came back on the website to request s transfer.

Robert Basil Buick GMC Cadillac review
I’ve leased or bought 4 vehicles from Robert Basil over the last 10 years. Madison has sold me my last 2. She’s been great. Very helpful. Always willing to find the answers to your questions. I especially like the “engine for life” warranty on used vehicles. It has come in handy a few times.

My wife and I absolutely Love our RDX. Unfortunately we recently had a mechanical issue and the part is on back order, 3 weeks later and still no part. So our vehicle is great but not sure about corporate??????
