I absolutely love the 2020 Acura TLX. I traded in my 2013 Honda Crosstour for it. The Crosstour had a lot (3.5 6cyl )EXL. It took a little time to get used to the TLX 4cyl, FWD set up. The Dual Clutch transmission is a little quirky. Overall the car is fun and comfortable to drive. I honestlt think Blind Spot should be a base feature is all cars. CPO

The explanation of the repair that I needed was very clear. Whenever I have had service since I purchased this vehicle has always been fair. Service was honest and efficient.

I bought it because I wanted more luxury than a Honda but I wanted the Honda reliability. I wanted a used car so I bought this a few months ago and I love it. I got the V6 and it has plenty of power, handles great and it's a super nice ride. I am not good with technology but I get why they did two screens and I like it. I have no complaints about this car. I'm very happy with it.

Its easier to point out what I dont like. I spent the first day shutting off all the stinking horn beeps and light flashing when I walk up to it or away from it. The garage door opener button was so tiny and there are 3 , I had to put a orange mark on it, my other Honda I can push on the fuel door and it opens . I do not have to search for the release. When opening the trunk, the camera lense is in the center so I push on that all the time vs the correct button. I like to stop a car and listen to the end of the song on the radio or end of the conversation, with this car , I have to leave it running, the is no ACC from running. I miss a mechanical lever for the parking brake, I will never use this push button electric parking brake gizmo. Voice commands for directions was a flop, Tried it once, siad "airport" 20+ times. I just tell my $50 droid where I want to go and it works first time every time. What I like. nice rubber protection mats, storage below the trunk, personal pace cruise control, handsome leather interior, automatic braking.

The smoothest purchase I've ever experienced. Very professional and accommodating. From the moment I made the call set an appointment went to the dealership spoke with the salesman it was lined up with the stars. The car i purchased was meant for me the moment I seen it online.

I like cars that respond quickly when need to go faster to past other cars, and I like the luxurious car and the Acura is a luxurious car

TJ was so helpful, he kept me updated with my 4 runner coming into the dealership and even sent pictures of the truck. I have recommended him to friends if they’re looking for a car. It was a bit of a drive for us, almost 4 hours but totally worth it. TJ and the dealership are like family, they gave us a great deal and helped me get the truck of my dreams. Thank you. This car is reliable. has all the technology up to date. low maintenance and cheap to maintain. good gas mileage. good quality materials. good value for the money paid. lots of standard features that are not standards in other brands and come at a high cost

I was pleasantly surprised that we were not pressured to make a deal right now! Told them we weren't quite ready, but we're shown the vehicle and not something different. They contacted me immediately for an appointment for a test drive. Very polite and professional. I had to cancel due to a snowstorm but rescheduled easily and politely. Two days later I received a call that the car sold. So my experience was strictly with phone calls but Was a very positive impression.

I want to be clear that this review is specifically about the service department (I’m currently dealing with a separate issue in the finance department). The service team was excellent. I brought my car in for an oil change and a recall related to the dashboard, and everything was handled smoothly and professionally. On top of that, my Kia wheel lock key had gotten bent, and they didn’t hesitate to step in and help. They removed the wheel locks and replaced them with my factory lug nuts without any hassle. They truly went above and beyond, were friendly, and made the whole experience easy. I highly recommend their service department if you need maintenance or recall work done.

I got a good deal on the car. Tyler was great to work with. If there was one thing to complain about, it was the time it took to work things out. I was there for four hours, just wish we could’ve cut down on the time.
