100% reliability
This car is trouble free and fun to drive. Gas mileage is also pretty decent. If it's not pushed to it's limits it may last forever. What this car needs is a periodic maintenance. What else do we need from a car for everyday driving. Highly recommended.

Just hit 200,000 miles
Got this car off a lease as a certified pre-owned. I take care of it and get oil changes and all maintenance on time. It has given me almost no problem! It still drives super well and responds quickly for the age. One of the reasons I got the car was because of the safety ratings. The bluetooth audio is amazing and beats out other newer cars for reliability of sound and connection.

I had contacted several orther dealers in the area, and none of them got back to me during the week that I had to shop for a replacement. All of the people at Tri City were very professional, and available to help me. They were very honest and transparent with me. I returned a couple of times with questions, and they were positive about everything and they were completely supportive of my taking the 2007 Prius I was purchasing to my trusted mechanic of 20 years who checked it out completely and gave my choice a thumbs up. First things, first. Doug is solid. I read all the reviews and found it quite easy to weed through the people who will simply never be happy. I get it. I found a Scion iA on his lot that I'd been wanting for several reasons but my primary focus was the manual transmission. I buy cash cars periodically as I use them to commute to and from work, keeping me from having to stack miles on my other vehicle. This car checked all the boxes and I knew that if it were as good in person as it showed in pictures, the deal was done. I reached out to Doug to inquire about the car. We settled on a (cash) price which I was very happy with. All that was left was to see it in person and take it for a quick spin. I did and was pleasantly surprised that it showed better in person than it did in photos. That's NOT often the case with used cars. The rest was simple. I returned to his lot, did the paperwork, paid him, and off I went. Painless. No frills but best of all......NO NONSENSE! Doug is a great fella and I'll be sending others his way as well as returning, myself.
