Growing up, two of my uncles owned car dealerships, so I can genuinely attest to the level of professionalism and willingness to work that I was shown by the guys at Big City. I had Zach, and the efforts he made to accommodate me and get me the best deal he possibly could were as yet unparalleled by my experiences with other dealerships. Big City made their bigger competitors look bad, and that was just with the actual negotiation and selling process.
As far as the car itself, I can also attest to their incredible quality control and level of restoration. To my 2015 Ford Fusion, they had put on new tires, repainted the front to remove chips, detailed every inch of the interior (including taking the seats out and deep cleaning them), tinted the windows, and polished the outside to the point that it really felt like a new car. Cannot recommend these guys enough!

This car is very good and in excellent condition, I am using it for my Work / Family purpose. This car is well maintained / regular service.There are no accidents and major repairs for this vehicle.
I had a great experience purchasing my used 2014 VW CC Executive. The staff was awesome, I never felt pressured to buy a vehicle. I test drove vehicles for a few hours one weekend then came back later in the week to purchase. The purchase process was easy and quick, I was done in a little over an hour. I was given a fair value for my trade-in and paid a fair price for my new vehicle.

Great car all around and the SH-AWD. Is great! I also got the tech package with the great stereo also a must. I had silver, grey metallic and black in my Acura’s lately!
Hate car shopping, but Court made it pleasant by listening to our needs, and he delivered beyond our expectations. What was wanted wasn't available, but knowing what we desired, Court patiently provided us with alternatives that could meet our needs/wants until we found just what worked for us. He thoroughly explained every vehicle's functions and features. He also understood our limitations, and the dealers' finance person got us to the monthly payment we could afford. We understand there's a process the dealers use, and that's okay, but Carswap never exerted pressure through the entire process as some larger dealerships have a tendency to do.

SHO model well worth it. Still adding music too hard drive. TLX did not match quality,size off style. Paint excellent. Wheel package paid for itself.
For starters I basically purchased the car online. I wanted to have the price of the vehicle locked in before making a four and a half hour journey. That was basically painless. I felt like I was receiving a fair deal and they must have too because they were willing to sell. I nervously made the journey. I was primarily worried about the condition of the vehicle. I am admittedly a bit particular. The car was flawless. The dealership was flawless. The buying process was flawless. I was in and back on the road with a new Volkswagen within two hours. I without any hesitation recommend Graham Audi Volkswagen! If my next vehicle is to be another volskwagen I will be making another trip to South Dakota.

I have owned several brands of vehicles and SUVs, and this Acura RDX 2013 I drove it for 105,000 miles since new. I can side without any doubt it is the most reliable SUV that give you good performance, and keep his value for your money.
I found this car via the Internet. My first choice. The pictures reflected exactly what I wanted to see. Almost like I was there myself. The Internet sales manager, Chad, was very helpful and informative to any inquiry in a timely manner. We traveled approximately 2 hours to their site. We were met at the door and were directed to Chad immediately. We visually inspected the car, asked some questions and went for a quick test drive. We were then directed to Greg, the business manager, to finalize the financial part of the purchase. The whole process was less than a half of an hour. I forgot to mention that my car was freshly washed shortly before we arrived and had over 3/4 a tank of gas. Go to their website and read the "about us". This is exactly the kind of business values and employees that more business's should strive to be like. Thank you Graham Automotive.

Worst experience buying a car. The Acura had several problems with the transmission and they said it was "normal" on all the cars. The acuras come with a German transmission and they shift very hard.. It's uncomfortable for everyone in the car..

My wife and I were looking for a VW Jetta Diesel and had the pleasure of dealing with Graham Automotive for our purchase. We found what we wanted online and contacted them by email...their internet manager responded promptly with the information we were seeking. Although they didn't have the exact color we wanted, we did find something that worked out just fine. We were shown everything on the vehicle before and during the test drive, then when we signed the paperwork, we were shown the manuals and had the phone setup for us. Service like this was above and beyond any experience we've had buying a car in the past. The car is wonderful, we are getting about 43 miles to the gallon on the highway and no problems at all remembering to put diesel in our tank instead of gas.

Does not meet the standards expected from a high end $50k vehicle. Transmission is poor quality and the overall ride of rough. My 2001 Acura 3.2 TL is more reliable and has a better ride.
We loved doing business with Brothers Auto! They answered all of our questions, gave us a great deal on a trade in and were very respectful. We greatly appreciate their hard work.

I have no real complaints about this car. I handes well, great acceleration and a comfortable ride. There is plenty of room for me inside to fit my bike or golf clubs.
My only complaints is the need for high test gas and the backup camera makes no sound when an object is directly behind you only on side objects moving toward you.
All around great service. Friendly and honest service. Comster service was always available. I recieved my vehicle within four days after the completed process, of paper work.
Great looking SUV... Until it becomes unreliable.

Fun to drive and very capable in the snow. After lots of highway driving for work - the air conditioning unit failed. This is a critical component as it is needed for the entire engine to work.
I was shocked to find out that Not only was it a $2,600 repair, but worse there or no new or used units available in the United States and the air conditioning unit was on backorder with no definite time of when they were going to receive any new units.
So right now the car is dead and cannot operate and it cannot be repaired. I don't even know how something like this happens this is a terrible car company.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.

I was specifically looking at the 2016 model because of the features it offered. The Volvo dealership gave me an opportunity to make my dream come true. In fact, I had so much confidence in them after my initial visit, that I came down to Florida from Wisconsin to purchase the car.
Vroom has excellent customer service and follow-through. My process had complications and Vroom worked with me to make it right. I will definitely purchase from Vroom again.

Plenty of power, nice luxury features, lots of interior room, great looks and very reliable so far. I recommend this vehicle if you need to transport your family but also want something that is fun to drive and has some luxury features and looks great.
What a beautiful car! This car is substantial, sturdy and reliable. I love that it retains it’s value, even after 6 years. I feel protected and safe while driving, and have a great view of traffic. Love those Acura headlights that light up the side of the road at night!
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.

This car is a nice driver, it has several features found in luxury cars. Comfortable and roomy for its size. It has a nice entertainment setup with backup camera.
Preston was very nice to work with and explained everything well. We had to have a replacement window redone that another dealership had replaced for me.

Have had to have it towed 3 times to dealer due to transmission problems. 2nd tow had new transmission put in with less than 5,000 miles on it. Transmission warning light came on again for a 3rd time and had to have it towed. Now waiting, while driving a rental, to see what Acura company is going to do about it. Very sad that this could happen with a new car. Wife likes the car but has fears when driving it that it’ll break down. The car has nice features but just isn’t very safe when transmission warning lights come on and tell you to pull over immediately and don’t drive it. Especially if it happens in a dark seedy area which is exactly what happened to my wife the 1st time.

This car is my first (and most likely, only) 'luxury' car purchase.
I'm very pleased with this vehicle. The comfort, look, and dependability of the Acura are very appealing to me.
We have purchased Honda vehicles for years and stepped up to the Acura. We compared to Mercedes, Audi and other high end cars. Standard features were typically add on at the other manufacturers that raised the price. Reliability of the MDX is legendary.
My wife and I just bought a used vehicle from them and we couldn't be happier! Brian(our saleman) and Ethan(finance guy) made the process of buying a car very quick and painless! I highly recommend them and will definitely be doing business with them again in the future!
