Just bought a used 2015 Chevy Volt Premium from Jeff at Krajnik and was very pleased with the car and the process. The car is Certified Pre owned, so I know they checked it thoroughly and are standing behind their product. The staff was very knowledgeable about the car (not a given with the Volt), and were able to answer my litany of questions. Would definitely recommend.
Been looking for months for a nice pre-owned truck. Looked at many of them at other dealerships. Nothing compared to what I found at krajnik Chevrolet and the professionalism of Jerry. Very personable and actually listened to what I was wanting. Even after the sale he was incredible with his follow-up and making sure everything was just perfect.
My family of 4 was traveling WI last week when power steering went out. We were at Manitowoc Holiday Inn that night. When we walked into the Dealer shop in town to inquire and ask for help, we were not welcome nor helped. The service was poor. we did not even get any suggestion what we could do in town we were passing through and on the way to Door County. When we called Sheboygan (hotel helped us to find other Chevy dealers in the area), they were very helpful and directed us to Two Rivers dealership as it was on our way. If we could not get help there we were told to call back and they would make sure they helped us that same day.
In Two Rivers, we were helped with passion - we felt taken care off and assured that we will be helped. Traveling with pregnant mother and 4 year old is overwhelming on its own. When in need, meeting Paul Krajnik was pure blessing. Thank you Paul for your calm, professional, human approach to us at that time hopeless. While the problem is not fixed, Paul K got the truck in the same day we called back with emission problems. We understand this could be a long process; Paul was very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure we understood the problem. He was honest and that is about the best you can ask when encountering a repair that could take time and money to solve.

I purchased a new vehicle on 11-12-2018. This was one of the best experience that I had in sometime, as I trade about every 3 years.After a text drive and a review of the cars features, I decided on the model and trim I wanted. Bill Grunert, my sales person, and Josh Shymanski, the sales manager, worked together to search for the vehicle in the color and trim desired. They expedited the search and received the vehicle in only 3 days. Bill was friendly, courteous, and well aware of the cars features and use. Bill again, in my mind provided exceptional service as he came into the dealership on his day off to make delivery on my schedule. I want to thank Bill and Josh who helped put the deal together for the excellent service received from them. I will not hesitate to recommend these gentlemen to anyone.
This was my first time buying a new car from a dealership, and I was nervous that I would be pressured into buying a vehicle that I did not need or want. However, Herman made it a very easy and enjoyable experience. He was attentive to my needs and did not try to push me one way or another. He was also very friendly and easy to talk to, which was great as the transaction took awhile due to internet problems. I am happy that I chose IA and will consider them again in the future!

Got there and looked at the truck. Sales person didn't have a clue about any of the details on or about the truck when I asked him questions. The questions he did answer he seemed unsure about. Was good that even though he didn't know the answer for a question he was willing to go AMD find someone who might know the answer. Paperwork went pretty quick. They weren't really willing to budge on price even though I had driven about hour and a half to get there. They did a poor job on detailing car after I made the purchase. Basically all they did was wash the car and a poor job of vacuuming. There was still dog hair on the back seats from previous owner maybe. Also center console had dirty stains they didn't even bother to clean up. Was just a hurry to get out after buying car. Probably would never go back there.
We were sold a car with a service contract included in the monthly payments and were nver told what the service contract costed. Just what the monthly payments were. They should disclose what the monthly payments would be then sell the extra service contracts!! It wasnt untill later that they added $3000.00 to the cost of a $11,000 car!! Without really looking at the loan contract I would have never known how much the service contract costed.
I worked with Carin on the purchase of a new 2018 KIA Niro. All I can say is AMAZING. She was awesome about everything. Honest with the before actual purchase, very knowledgeable about the questions I was asking. Went back the next day with more questions about the car I couldn't figure out and she was eager to assist me and I left with all my questions answered. The total transaction from start to finish all done in less that a few hours! I would highly recommend asking for Carin when you go into this location. She really was fantastic!
