My New Car
I was just comparing SUV's with all the dealers in town and happened to stop by Nissan of Las Cruces. We were met by Phillip McDonald and he showed us the Rogue SUV's. Since we did not have enough time to test drive the vehicle, we returned to the the following day. Phil had the car ready for us to test drive and then showed us different SUV's with different options. I was very impressed with Phil - he was not pushy or insistent that we needed to buy the vehicle. He went above and beyond what we expected and made the transaction easy and also saved us money. 2025 Nissan Sentra S review
This is a well put together vehicle.
This is a well put together vehicle. Interior fit and finish, even for the base S model, is splendid and many newer safety features come standard. The seats on the base S are very comfortable on long drives. Ive read a few "pro" reviews that mentioned the engine being underpowered, especially for highway passing. I have found the opposite out of this beautiful 149 hp CVT. I mean it's 149 hp, not 189; not sure where any complaint of being underpowered comes from? And, the CVT has wonderfully placed mimick shift points that make you feel like its a non-cvt transmission. Besides being ahead of the others with the interior, it's a well insulated cabin which deafens quite a bit of road noise. If your thinking about a Nissan Sentra, don't listen to these "professional" knucklehead reviewers. I believe they're not as accurate as the average Joe like us and have lost sight of what a great entry level sedan is.

I really love my new car. This is the 3rd Sentra that I have had. It is really comfortable and is a very good-looking car.
