One of the best experiences I have ever had. From the initial call speaking to the representative Jordan, boarding a flight out of JFK Airport, being picked up by Jordan at Rochester Airport, Transporting us to the dealership in Avon, all paper work ready to sign. Everyone at the dealership were friendly, courteous, and professional. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!! Michael M.

Auto First LLC review
I have bought a Mercedes-Benz GLK350. Lou was very helpful and answered all questions I have had. He stayed in communications with me though out the process. He got me a good rate from the bank and included a 2 year extended warranty. Lou has given me a call a month later to see how everything with the car was. Lou gave me a great value for my car. In addition, Auto First has an excellent service department. All employees are friendly. I did not have one issues just a Great experience.

My husband and I set up an appointment to drive a car and fell in love with my new used Subaru. Doug was extremely helpful and easy to work with, printing out carfax reports before we got there. No pressure, just honest answers. We got a great price and they even helped us deal with a Subaru recall issue that occurred a few days later. We will definitely be back!

Crafts Cars review
I purchased a Chevy Spark from them today and got what I felt was excellent service. There was no sense of them trying to push add-ons on me (which I got the other time I bought a car) nor any sense of bloated bureaucracy, nor did I have any worries about the quality of what I was getting. Mike and Carin were friendly and professional, and quickly solved the few problems that came up. 5/5, would go again.

Crafts Cars review
I’ve had the pleasure of working with the salesmen at Crafts Cars, and I can truly say they are exceptional at their jobs. From the moment I walked onto the lot, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm. What set the Crafts Cars team apart from other dealerships was their remarkable attention to detail, they remembered small things about me from previous visits, like family members and even my previous family vacations. All in all, working with the Crafts Cars sales team was a refreshing experience. Their dedication, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service made me feel respected and important at every stage. If you are looking for a dealership that combines professionalism with a heartfelt personal touch, I cannot recommend Crafts Cars highly enough. This team truly goes above and beyond to ensure their customers leave happy and confident in their purchase.

Crafts Cars review
When I bought my car, I also decided to purchase the extended warranty. About six months later my transmission developed a problem. I called Darren (service manager) on a Friday and told him about my problem. He had me come in the following Monday morning running some diagnostic test. He needed to run some more test the fallowing day so I took my car back again so that they could recheck again. Darren was communicating with the insurance company during my visits. Darren called me the following Friday with the good news that the extended warranty was replacing my transmission with a new one. That was on February 6th. Well with absolutely no fault of the Crafts, Crafts waited until May 6 to receive the new transmission. It was on backorder all that time. With numerous calls from Christine (service writer at Crafts) to Rowe KIA then to me. She was upbeat all the time, but she understood my situation. I cannot thank her enough for keeping me informed and checking with Rowe Kia. Darren was also very helpful and i believe he did what he could. Darren and Chrisetine were awesome, A great team. Crafts got the Tranny on a Wed., got my car same day and it was ready the following Monday. I cannot say enough good about Crafts! Great to work with and also very concerned about me, the customer. Also, tranny was covered 100% by the extended warranty. A huge thank you to the Crafts team. You guys are the BEST!!! Denny from Sabattus
