i recently had a 2023 for explorer it was a good truck never a problem but not a comfortable as the jeep grand Cherokee l front seating is amazing no issues at all i did my research and made sure i bought one with the German transmission its a good idea to check that only thing i can say on the down side seam to be a little under powered but i can live with it decent milage 20 around town.

The dealership was very helpful and in finding a decent vehicle that fits my individual need with what I can afford. It is a Christian based location and the employee were all willing to help me. They were patient and aren't the kind of place who try's to get over on anyone. They helped me with coverage and warranty. I'd like to make a shout out to Erick who certainly works there. This has helped my credit improve already and it's only been 3 months which I am so grateful for... They also helped me with affordable monthly payments based of my hourly wages and by weekly pay... Then when you think you'll spend over for vehicle service, you don't. They provide Uber as well if you don't have a ride while your car is taken care of... They will guide you every step of the way and throw every process. They will even help you with being approved 😀!!! I have never worked there and I've never bought a car from a dealership before. Eight years in my Ford truck. I love it. I looked at GM trucks (Chevy & GMC), still nowhere nears as comfortable as a Ford. Yes I’ve had all the known issues but carried warranties for my truck so transmission has been overhauled. Cam phasers twice (Covered by Ford one and Warranty 2nd time). Just overhauled the front end (bushings, control arm assembly, etc…). Truck still runs like new and rides even better now than when I bought, she is finally broken in and I love my truck. For taller drivers like me, Ford is way to go. Ford has more cabin space than any other truck out there. Ford trucks have the best styling and more towing capacity than anything else in the mkt. Next truck will either be a Raptor or F-250 super duty.

Cant say enough about all the sales personnel at FredAnderson acura. They were extremely patient and understanding in my dealing with insurance/banking contacts. Should not have taken so long. My sales professional, Keith Hamilton, was extremely helpful providing information about the car and paperwork needed to transfer insurance, title, and trade in. Big shout out to him and will look for him next time- which will surely be with FredAnderson Acura.

It is a very nice vehicle… a few exceptions… no heated steering wheel, no remote start no foot controlled rear lift gate and a few other amenities that comes with many other comparable vehicles. The trim levels do not make a lot of sense like aspec is considerably more expensive but only a few amenities and the advanced is almost 20k more for a few options that are stock with Lexus and other high end suv…

When I arrived my car was taken immediately into the shop, My service person (Anastasia) informed me about how long we should be waiting. My car was ready even earlier than expected. Anastasia has great cumstomer service. Very polite and professional.

I am a fan of Toyotas and this new Sequoia hits all the buttons for style performance & technology yeah it’s a little pricey but compared to the other big SUVs in the market, I think it’s reasonable.

Mobile Service may just have ruined me for life! Technician Pat is particularly superb: on time, efficient, and honorable. He let me know of an additional service that was available, but without any hard sell, and returned later to do that too. The perfect ride for someone wanting smooth handling and luxury finishes! Loved this ride and was sad to part with it but FINALLY was able to get my dream, Land Cruiser. This 4 Runner was perfect for long drives to the coast, a trip over the pass of daily commuting.

Easy to book, easy to drop off. Friendly staff. Only complaint is the guest wifi is terrible (low, slow signal in the customer waiting area) and I was unable to work for the hour I was there for service.

Had the car for 2 months now the rear brakes sound like they are metal to metal just purchased it in March shouldn't be metal-to-metal in the back brakes have to take it to a mechanic and find out what's going on

This is my first experience with Audi and I am extremely happy with this beautiful SUV. The ride is quiet and comfortable and the power and acceleration are impressive. I purchased this 4Runner new, have only driven it moderatelybut far back into rarely ever traveled areas — definitelyfar away from any crowds. I do all maintenance myself, and there is extremely little of that. I have only replaced the original battery once. It handles very well in all situations. I did and strongly do recommend getting the factory high quality stabilizer system. Mine is a 4x4 Trail Edition and I ever so greatful for that. That provides truly complete 4 wheel drive but only when needed. Being a car mechanic when young, a Marine Colonel and a retired Professor of Plasma physics and Quantum Electrodynamics, I carefully studied all vehicles and options far in advance. The Toyota V-6 engine is famous for its extreme durability as is every part of the vehicle. I did, as a possibly excessive caution, replaced the perfectly good radiator with a larger, no–plastic radiator possessing far better transmission cooler. Also being a private airplane pilot for over 65 years, I have long ago learned to be pro-active rather than reactive. Silicone hoses and best quality German full synthetic oil in engine, transmission and both differentials. The European oil standards are far beyond American and aggressive testing has proven that beyond any doubt. I have also replaced the cheapy passenger car tires and wheels with full beadlock, wider, negative offset wheels (all 5) with Toyo 8-ply rated 275/75–17" tires (34"), improved the factory shocks with King 2-¾" shocks & springs, et al. Yes, I also designed & built high quality fore & aft stainless steel bumpers to carry an 10mt hydraulic winch and double swing out locking rear bumper to carry 3 20 liter NATO gas cans, high lift jack, 4 traction panels and the oversized spare tire. The driving and riding quality is genuinely wonderful. This vehicle will out live both my equally fantastic wife and myself, as well as the next series of owners. Just nothing ever goes wrong with it (full skid plates help). To date, I have never known of a more practical, pleasant, reliable vehicle, and we have gone to some very 'dicey' places without any fear of getting stuck or damaged. I honestly have never even heard of any vehicle remotely as reliable and comfortable even for long trips as the 4Runner. I had a 1987 4Runner but the 4 cylinder engine, while excellent, was just not powerful enough, although I did much prefer the standard 5 speed manual transmission over the current automatic transmission. In approximately 400,000 miles over 27 years, I only replaced the battery twice.

I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.

Comfortable ride, great performance for a vehicle of this size and plenty of space inside. The 9 speed transmission does a good job but can get finicky at times when deciding which gear to be in.

A2002 4 runner with almost 400,000 miles and I love it still traveling to other states on it and I leave my 2015 at home I only use it for work , had a 96 Camry for 15 yrs sold it with a little mileage like 300,890 miles and my sister still outing more miles on it Toyas last as long as you maintain them

I am very happy with my purchase. I already owned a 2018 CX-5 and it never gave me any problems so I had no qualms about purchasing another Mazda. I went with the CX-50 Turbo Premium Plus for the horsepower and the extra perks (i.e. automatic folding mirrors, and I like that the side mirrors also turn down to see the curb when parking, front AND rear cameras, panoramic sun/moonroof, speed display in windshield, heated and ventilated cooling seats, and a 12-speaker Bose Stereo system). I love the extra power of the Turbocharged engine that my CX-5 doesn't have. The things I don't care for: 1) the retractable cargo cover (a $250 addl charge) doesn't attack to the lift (like my CX-5 does. It's much more convenient if it's attached so there's no pulling it out each time you need to put something in the trunk; 2) I don't like that I have to turn off the automatic shut off of the engine at stops and that I have to turn it off every time I get in the car. I'd like there to be an option to turn it off indefinitely unless and until I want to turn it on; 3) I would also love it if the driver and front passenger seats raised a bit higher. I'm not short but I would feel more comfortable if the seat height lifted another couple of inches. Overall, I really love my car. The steering is tight and the ride is more comfortable than I expected, and the inside of the cab is quiet and the stereo is premium. The seats are attractive with the light colored stitching to accent the seats. Because of all the features in my model, I got a lot of bang for my buck as opposed to a more expensive car costing $20K more for all the same features with Mazda reliability as well as more reasonable/affordable maintenance costs. I had a BMW several years ago and, once out of warranty, the maintenance is ridiculously costly. Additionally, the service department at the dealership where I purchased my car is top notch and the transparency for maintenance is appreciated! In the last 7 years of owning a Mazda, I have never had a bad experience.

The interior is spacious with all the amenities found in other mid-size luxury SUVs. When the windows are all up, it is very quiet. The engine and transmission are very smooth, quiet and powerful. The exterior design is elegant. The braking system is responsive and does not require too much force to adjust the braking distance. Overall, this is an excellent mid-size SUV.

Hello, Steve in service was awesome I was having a problem with my battery in Pendleton I headed toward the Lexus dealer in Greenvile , it was almost 4:00 PM, I CALLED Steve on my way and told him my problem and that I was coming hoping to make it be 4:30, I did, Steve was waiting for me and took the Lexus SUV 350 straight back to the mechanics and before I got comfortable in the lounge he told me it was the battery and the cables, I agreed to fix it right then and they were finished with the repair plus vacuum and washed the car. Paid Steve and I was on my way home by like 5:15/5:30. Steve was great and I was thrilled with the service he gave me and the warranty. Thank you so much especially being a widow it’s so nice to have dependable people like Steve and Lexus of Greenville to help me. I won’t use anyone else and will recommend you.

I purchased my 2014 RX350 with 14,000 miles on it 5 years ago and have put 73,000 miles on it, mostly all highway and long distance cross states travel. I have kept regular maintenance ie oil changes, tires and alignments and now due some spark plugs. I have never owned a better, more reliable vehicle. 10 out of 10 would do it again.

The truck is designed with the best quality and engineering I've ever experienced with any other truck brand. Beautiful design inside and out. It drives like a charm. The wheels steer like a sedan. I won't buy any other car other than a Tundra in the future.
