I love the all wheel drive. Cameras are a plus. Heated and cooling seats are wonderful. I’m hooked. That’s the only car I will ever buy.

On Friday, March 13th, Aaron was my Service Advisor. Very thorough and knowledgeable. When I returned in the afternoon the place was hopping with customers. He saw me and offered to go out to the lot and retrieve my vehicle while I paid my invoice. They do have other individuals that normally do that, but out of courtesy he left his work station and I was out of there in no time. That act of kindness made a very good impression on me. I purchased an off lease A4 45 which came standard with the S Line package. The 45 is tuned with more horsepower vs the base 40 engine. The car was like brand new with 5800 miles so it was like getting a new car. The car is the perfect balance of performance and comfort. It flies when you hit the gas and has a smooth and soft ride which is sporty enough when needed. I would describe the car as the middle between BMW and Mercedes where BMW is more sporty and Mercedes more luxury. Again it’s a great balance of both. A big thing for me is maintenance and there is very little of it on this car aside from oil changes and air filters. It’s also easy to work on as the oil filter is on top of engine. Consider the cost of maintenance with the other luxury brands. So far the car is flawless and well worth what I paid.

My wife's 2020 Sonata had A/C problems. It quit cooling.. The advisor I was assigned to was busy so Andrea M. helped me. The absolutely BEST thing that could have happened. I was charged $330. for the diagnosis (a little excessive but if I repaired the car there the money would be refunded).. Andrea called with the verdict... since it was out of warranty by 5 months it would cost me $3400 to fix the A/C system. My reply: don't do anything. When I picked up the car she told me not to fix it until she called. When she did she told me that because the car only had 20000 miles on it Hyundai would fix it under the warranty. SHE had to be the one who initiated the process since she was the only person who knew what was going on. Andrea arranged for a loaner. A few days later I picked up the car (A/C fixed and a recall service done). I even got my diagnosis fee returned. Andrea changed me from a very unhappy customer to one that wrote this positive review.
