Whenever I reached out with a question or a request for information regarding the vehicles I expressed interest in the staff at this dealership were responsive, never kept me waiting, and they understood when I had to move on. They expressed a willingness to assist me in the future, and I appreciate that level of professionalism.

Audi TampaReviews
Audi Tampa review
I bought a 2019 GMC Canyon from Audi Tampa and had a great experience from start to finish. Alex was my salesman and was genuinely helpful throughout. No pressure, straight answers, and he made a first-time truck purchase easy. Where they really stood out was what happened after. The AC went out the morning after I bought it which is part of the risk you take buying a used vehicle. The truck was sold as-is, which means they were under no obligation to do anything at all. They could have left me in the dust and they'd have been well within their rights. Instead, Solomon and Richard took the time to walk me through my options and were upfront with me the whole way. Roger, the general manager, sat down with me, listened, and made it right. They're covering the repair. They also gave me a loaner at no cost while the truck was in the shop, so I was never stuck without a vehicle. They didn't just meet the bar, they went past it when they didn't have to. If you're looking for a vehicle, I highly recommend Audi Tampa.
2023 Audi A4 review
THIS IS MY 5TH AUDI IN THE LAST 12 YEARS. I LOVE THE STYLING, LOVE THE INTERIOR. PERFORMS LIKE A DREAM, PLENTY OF ACCERATION POWER. THE INTERIOR IS LUXURIOUS. HEATED SEATS AND STEERING WHEEL COME WITH THE LEATHER SEAT PACKAGE. THE SERVICE AT WEST PALM AUDI HAS BEEN TERRIFIC, EACH VISIT IF YOU WISH A FREE LOANER IS PROVIDED. THE THE SERVICE TEAM IS OUTSTANDING. DON'T HESISTAE TO TAKE A TEST DRIVE AND YOU WILL FALL IN LOVE AS I HAVE.

Elder Mitsubishi review
I purchased a Jetta from Elder Mitsubishi in Cedar Park, and I honestly couldn't be happier with my experience. Isaac was wonderful to work with from start to finish. He was patient, kind and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He answered all of my questions, took the time to explain when I needed clarification, and never made me feel pressured into making a decision. I love my new Jetta, and I'm glad I had Isaac helping me through the process. I definitely recommend asking for Isaac at Elder Mitsubishi. Thanks again, Isaac! You made my car-buying experience a positive one! Misty A. Round Rock, Texas

So happy I extended the lease on my previous A4 to wait for the new 2021 A4s to come in. Except car both inside and out. Meticulous attention to detail and the new standard features in the 2021 A4 are incredible.

Toyota Walnut Creek review
Darrien & Nicole make a great team! They provided an exceptional experience and even connected our phones to the vehicle we purchased. Nicole provided a detailed “how to” for the many tech and convenience features. Everything went as expected and in as a short time span as they could possibly provide. Great working with them and everyone at Toyota of Walnut Creek.

2020 Audi A4 review
I purchased an off lease A4 45 which came standard with the S Line package. The 45 is tuned with more horsepower vs the base 40 engine. The car was like brand new with 5800 miles so it was like getting a new car. The car is the perfect balance of performance and comfort. It flies when you hit the gas and has a smooth and soft ride which is sporty enough when needed. I would describe the car as the middle between BMW and Mercedes where BMW is more sporty and Mercedes more luxury. Again it’s a great balance of both. A big thing for me is maintenance and there is very little of it on this car aside from oil changes and air filters. It’s also easy to work on as the oil filter is on top of engine. Consider the cost of maintenance with the other luxury brands. So far the car is flawless and well worth what I paid.

As dealerships go - these guys were easy to work with. The process was quick and fairly smooth. I abhor the car-buying process, but this was not terrible. The facility itself was very nice, clean and welcoming. Oscar was my salesman and he was very good at keeping in touch with me until I could make it in.

I couldn’t be more satisfied with my recent visit to ALM Marietta. From the moment I walked in, the experience was top-notch. My sales rep, Lou, was truly outstanding from start to finish. The entire buying process was smooth and stress-free, he was attentive and patient throughout. I never felt rushed or pressured, which made everything even better. Lou also made sure everything behind the scenes ran seamlessly. The team at ALM Marietta is clearly committed to excellence, and I’m extremely happy with my Audi A4!
