I was thinking about buying a car online (without personally see it). Even though I ended up not buying it (because of color), I thought the salesman was excellent, really knew the spec's on the car and really guided me thru the process. I would definitely contact them again on another car.
I purchased a 2014 ML350 Mercedes. It is like new like many of the used cars that Coast to Coast sells. This is the sixth car that I have purchased from them. My sales rep was a gentleman named Jay Bechara.

Overall my experience was good but it was very limited. Most of the contact was via e mail, phone and text with Justin because I was buying a car from out of town. Time spent going over the features of the new vehicle was very limited and a bit rushed. Everyone was very friendly and courteous.
The dealership was clean and professional and staff started taking care of the reason for my visit immediately on entering the service Bay Area. The waiting area offered amenities like coffee and snacks.
Tom Wood Porsche did an excellent job taking care of warranty service and installing previous purchase wiper blades at no charge. This dealership is one of the best dealerships I???ve ever dealt with in we on to Porsche???s
I could not be more satisfied with the purchase and service while trading in my car. Barry was welcoming and kind and made us feel at home. Barry and Brad were both reassuring which was nice because the car buying process can be a bit overwhelming. The process was very relaxed and there was no uncomfortable pressure to purchase. I saw a 2011 Honda CRV 4WD online and came to check it out. I was immediately greeted and helped. They brought the car around and we test drove it and checked it out. I bought my car from offlease 5 days ago and I just wanted to say Damian was great! Very proffesional and patient with me! Michael Katz was great as well! Also everyone else was great from the guys cleaning the car, the lady at the gate, finance person etc. Overall great experiance and So far Im happy with my car choise! I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Great car selection, not the best customer service

Searched for a car online and went into the dealership knowing exactly which new car I intended to buy. Great facilities and inventory. However, it's clear that the staff isn't used to seeing folks of different ethnicities. I received several pointed questions asking where I was from, comments on my accent, and questions about which languages I spoke. All of which were quite comical as I was born and raised in Indiana, with parents and grandparents also from the Midwest and have the most "Hoosier" accent around. Ultimately I was able to ignore the rude comments/questions but left wishing I had given my business to another dealership. But the deals at this location are much better than the ones on the north side, so that was the ultimate decision-maker. North side treats you right, but the south side is better value in terms of cost.
