Jason in finance was very courteous and really took his time to answer the questions fully, which I appreciate. Talking to Jason really was a pleasure and it feels so refreshing to deal with people and have a good human conversation and build a relationship, vs dealing with someone on a transaction level. As far as the dealership is great, i really liked that they weren’t pushy for sales not aggressive when negotiating, just fair humans (in my opinion) (which has been my experience, unfortunately in the past with other dealerships). I found them very transparent regarding pricing, discounts and add ons and if I wasn’t interesting in something, no guilt tripping! Which I loved! The after sale care was excellent too! They set me up with the Kia guru, Ashly, to go over all the bells and whistles… far beyond what I could find in YouTube (and believe me I’ve went through several tutorials). I previously owned a Mercedes that I purchased from you guys. I got excellent service with it. Had no complaints. The car was seven years old when I traded it. And only a bit over 40000 miles on it.

The car has incredible styling. It offers several driver selections: automatic, manual, sport selection in automatic. It has great fuel economy, and yet has excellent performance.

This Quattro drives better than any car I've owned. I had the Audi A3 (2015) convertible, this Audi A5 convertible was an upgrade and I'm completely in love with it. The all-wheel drive is amazing, the handling is tight and precision, the back seats are much more roomier than the A3, my kids love it. All-around incredible vehicle.

Dan Rubin is a great example of quality customer service and attention to not only the car, but to who owns the car! He gave me an estimate of how long my car would take to be serviced and it ended up being a few hours earlier than expected! Dan ordered me a Lyft to take me to/from home. For some reason, I wasn't getting the notifications from Lyft, but Dan sent me the details of the car/driver/license plate and tracked me on the app! I appreciated that!

Only went on to see and test drive a used vehicle. They were very nice about it. Took it out for test drive. Everyone there was polite and friendly and professional. Answered all questions I had. Very pleasant interaction.

I was interested in a Nissan NV 2500. Viewing several of these vehicles on cars.com and other sites. I decided to make the trip to Trust Auto in Maryland from West Virginia. About a 4 1/2 hour trip. I had talked to David on the phone to make sure the Nissan was still available and explained when I could be there to look over the vehicle. We made the trip in good time only running into one delay. Upon meeting David he brought the vehicle up to the front of the dealership and told us to inspect it, which is what we did. I had two top mechanic with me. While we knew the vehicle had been in an accident, the repair work was very well done on found a few bolts missing. One in the valance and the other from the inner fender. This could have been from the accident or just from being a service vehicle. A little over 94,000 miles on it. The detail shop did a great job on their work. Very chean for sure. After running the computer test, we took the Nissan NV for a test drive. It did not disappoint. Extremely happy with everything we saw and felt during the test drive. Steering was solid and tracked well. No pull to either side while driving. Throttle response was perfect as well as the braking system. The comfort of the Nissan NV was Avery pleasant surprise. The ride was almost as good as my Lincoln MKZ, almost.😎 Much like a 2006 GMC dually I had in 2007. Very nice. When returning to the dealership myself and the two mechanics talked things over and decided to go to the next step. After a little negotiation we settled on a fair price and made the purchase. David was very kind to us and I feel like we got a great deal. We finished the paperwork and was ready to leave but we were blocked in by another vehicle. I backed back into the parking spot when one of the ladies that worked there said she would move the vehicle so we could be on our way. She came back within a few minutes moved the vehicle and with a big beautiful smile waved goodbye to us as we left. That truly made my day😇. Trust Auto in my opinion is a great dealership and when I need another vehicle, they will be the first ones I will go to.
