Low pressure but a bit too busy to spend any time with us to answer any question. Could never find a sales person. Pretty sure they could have sold us a car that day if they invested any energy into it. A lot like buying furniture at IKEA. You just better hope you don’t have questions.

Audi Fort Worth review
The man that helped me was the best ever. He was super nice and funny and helped my vehicle get fixed in a timely manner so I could get to my class on time! My Audi always has issues and it is very upsetting but the fact that the person who helped me was so awesome I wasn?t even upset. Even though it was super expensive

Leroin Benemu was great to work with, he made the experience fun for me and my fiance instead of us sitting there just waiting to get out!
2018 Audi A5 review
2021 a5 PREM Plus; B&O 7th audi I've owned & they just keep getting better. Not a fan of the tap every time screen I want to do something feature which is fairly new. This one could be a keeper! The stereo is very high quality & handling rocks, quick & nimble. Sport suspension is a personal choice, always order it. Stiffer but smooth. Car is quite. Sport seats heated, heated mirrors, heated steering wheel. Need I say more?

Audi Fort Worth review
Samuel Ramsey has helped me twice this year. The young man is beyond patient. Answers all questions and takes the time to ensure you are well taken care of. Both times I purchased spur of the moment because he is so on point with his customer service skills. He has what we call a ?servant?s heart? for helping people.
2025 Audi A5 review
Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

Audi Wichita review
I recently brought my car in for service at Walser Audi and interacted with Carley who is the scheduling Clerk. I found her to be attentive and eager to be sure their service schedule openings could work with my needs for getting in and out with the least inconvenience. She seems to take the Audi brand seriously and works to protect it. The rest of the service with whom I had interaction were exactly what one wants when dealing with a dealer in high end vehicles.
