This dealership had the best prices in the state of Florida for a 2018 Tiguan SEL, hands down. I visited, called, and compared prices at many of them before making my way over. Larson, our salesman, was willing to go above and beyond to make a deal with us. He worked hard to get us at a number we were comfortable with and oversaw the entire deal until we drive off of the lot. Would definitely recommend this dealership and Larson!
Today was securing my third Audi with Anthony's help. I contacted him twice in the past several months before finally making it in today. Even though I delayed leasing my third Audi, Anthony provided information and dealt professionally on the earlier occasions. The experience I encountered was great service. I didn’t actually visit dealership physically. But online I was given tremendous assistance without delay. So I can only imagine the service at Audi north Miami. On 1-10 scale, I give 10 rating!!
A huge nail popped my tire and road assistance came to my rescue within half an hour considering it was rush hour this was great. Following that the service to replace my tire took only a little over one hour so I was back on the road super quick. I’m thankful to the service team there for its professionalism, promptness & efficiency

Found a great deal on an Infiniti G37 but wanted my wife to check it out first. When we went the next day it was gone! While there, however, I learned about their terrific warranty plans so when when we saw the car I really wanted - a Jaguar XK - I didn't hesitate, knowing their warranty would ease any concerns I might have about this expensive-to-repair car. Again, when I went to this same location it had disappeared from their website! A helpful saleswoman told me one of their managers was driving it but it was mine if I wanted it - and I did!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
