I was shopping for a Ford Edge online and found one at Audi of Sarasota that I was interested in buying and had a Honda I was using as a trade and since I live in Alabama I called the dealer to inquire if the Edge was still available. I spoke to salesman Bryce Guernsey and found it was still available. We worked out the term of a deal that was acceptable to both parties over the phone. So, we drove our trade in down to Sarasota to complete the deal. Our experience with Bryce and Jake Dickson was a very pleasant and easy transaction. Was a bit put off by the fact that there’s one number for all Carmax is and. It’s hard to tell which location you’re talking to and if you’re talking to a person at that actual location. I understand they’re trying to consolidate things and make it easier, but I want to be able to reach someone, boots on the ground, at the location instead of talking to The call center. That said it seems even when talking to two different dealerships somehow the system sort out the messages but again it’s confusing. Overall, they were fast and friendly, we haven’t done a transaction yet but one thing that was surprising is the offer they gave me 10 days ago has now gone up by $1500. Much better experience than I had braced myself for frankly. So far the two cars that I was hoping to purchase turn out to be duds as they had some excessive wear and tear in spite of low mileage and otherwise good conditions. Maybe less discriminating on their inventory than the other dealers?

Excellent car, just done 122K and runs like a dream, had it serviced regular by brilliant guys at the general motor company in Stockport in UK. Didn't want to trade in when lease finished. Looking to get many more miles Peter Gilligan

2016 Audi A6 review
Bought my '16 A6 3.0 TDI a year ago with 89k miles, now has almost 110k miles, and drives like a dream still. Can't even tell it's a diesel engine by the way it drives and how quiet it is. I drive a lot for work, and the gas mileage is amazing! Interior is comfy, classy, and roomy. Drives like butter, handles like a sports car. Exterior isn't too flashy, it's perfect. No issues, and my last checkup at the German export dealer was perfect. My favorite car I've owned, now I want an A8 L!

My A6 2.0 quatro has 110k miles. Still looks great. Have gotten 34.5 mpg on open highways in Pa. Comfortable ride. Leather seats are holding up. This is my second A6.
