BMW of West St. LouisReviews
BMW of West St. Louis review
I had Wendy Osterman as our Client Advisor, I have been buying Dodge vehicles since 1984. This is the first time I stepped away from the Dodge family and purchased my first BMW. We bought the X3 M50, what we have found out that this SUV is awesome and have enjoyed driving it everyone we get into it. Wendy was wonderful to work with, she went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. I had a great buying experience with her and would definitely do it again. If you are in the market for a car or SUV I recommend BMW and the best client advisor I have ever worked with. Please go see them, great dealership and great people. Thank you for the experience.

I had a great experience with everyone I worked with—they have an awesome team! Steve was fantastic throughout the entire process. He fit me in for a test drive right as they were closing and followed up when the right Outback arrived. Chris helped wrap up the purchase quickly and efficiently, making the process seamless. Joseph, the Encore Delivery Specialist, was great as well and made sure I was up to speed on all the features of my Outback and everything the Subaru community has to offer. Great experience from start to finish!
