I feel I got a very fair price- a little disappointed in the trade in value, but other than that it was good. My husband wasn?t with me so Rigo came to my house with the paperwork so my husband, who is disabled, wouldn?t have to come to the dealership.

Got to experience the Sewell treatment, and it was a great experience. I don't buy cars every now and then, but I do remember the dreaded feeling of going to a dealership and dealing with a salesperson with all the sweetened talk, sneaky tactics, hidden fees, and even plain lies. Absolutely none of that here! I was treated with respect, was explained things without being dumbed down, and most importantly, they showed a will to gain my business and followed through.

I'm not sure if I'll purchase the Lexus LC 500 they helped me with, but I had one of the best experiences with any sales rep I've ever had with Anthony Picozzi. He was one of the most down to earth, honest, and helpful people I've ever encountered in this industry. The other two sales reps there (didn't catch their names) were awesome, as well. I never write reviews, but thought it was important enough that he gets the recognition he deserves!
