Spent several months researching a car purchase with Mike Kline and Craig Cliff. They patiently answered questions and waited for me to identify the desired model/trim and then to determine whether a new car or certified, pre-owned provided the best value for me. I did some Blue Book research the price negotiation process was relatively quick and painless. Used an Audi special financing deal to get a great interest rate and have Audi pay most of my first payment. Highly recommend this dealer.

The first time we went to Audi they were about to close but he spent the time to talk to us about the car. We went back to test drive the Audi S5 after we test drove a Mercedes AMG E43.
This dealership is amazing! Nate is amazing. He treated us as customers. He is not pushy, very understanding, very respectful. We decided to buy the car and we were in the dealership until 9:30pm, never did we feel unwelcome, never did we feel being hurried. We can’t recommend this dealership enough. We went to Cadillac dealership before coming to Audi and the treatment was simply Night and Day. Audi dealership and Sales person Nate for the win!!!
I loved this dealership. I didn't feel pressured and felt the salesman was extremely professional, well spoken and knowledgeable. We ultimately didn't buy the car as we thought the price was more than we wanted to pay. We tried to get them to come down a bit ($679) but were told the prices on the cars are set prices and they're not negotiable since the salesmen are salaried not commission based. However, just a few days later I got a notification from cars.com that the price was lowered lower than what we were originally offering. Oh well, if we're ever in the market again we might still give them a chance to make it up.
Within six months the same exact serive cost jumped from $1600 to $2300, a 43% increase. This will deter me from buying another Audi. Bill was very nice to give me a $300 discount, otherwise it would have been 62% increase! Audi needs to seriously review their service costs policy in order to retain loyalty customers and attract new ones.
From the initial meeting with the service attendant, Samuel Weisman, on Saturday, December 1, my maintenance service was a pleasant and informative experience. Mr. Weisman was careful to explain everything that was going to be done to keep my Kia Soul in compliance with my warranty and also exactly what each phase of the work would cost. He carefully answered all of my questions and was very patient and helpful in trying to explain everything I asked about. The shuttle driver was quick to respond and was courteous and polite as well as being a very careful driver on a rainy, messy afternoon. I appreciate having a service department that I can trust not to do unnecessary work and one that is diligent in maintaining my vehicle in peak driving condition. Many thanks.
We have owned Audi for 10 years. We have been a customer of Audi Huntington for the past 3 years. The firs experience with them was exceptional as was our most recent purchase. We have also used them for servicing our cars and have always had a perfect experience. I wouldnt go anywhere else and would higly recomend this dealership to anyone interested in an Audi.

With employees like Henry Garcia you ensure that each person who walks through the door feels he or she is the most important person in the world at that m0ment. Mark Epperson was extremely helpful throughout the whole process and very knowledgeable. He made the purchase incredibly easy and quick. Best buying experience I've ever had at any dealership.
