My old car had just died unexpectedly and I needed something reliable fast but I didn't want to make a rushed decision I'd regret. Kosta understood the urgency but never used it as pressure. He showed me the Nissan Altima and the Sentra depending on my budget flexibility and was upfront about what each one offered. I ended up going with the Altima SR and I am so glad I did.
