2017 Audi Q3 review
Didn’t took me too much time to realize this car was worth buying! Comfort, style, performance, sport mode is amazing! We love it! The only problem we probably have is the car seat for my son. The back seat can not be adjusted, Otherwise the car is perfect. The Prestige package make things better, but I was expecting a remote start with it, Something That my 2011 Explorer had.

My husband and my new car purchase (1972 Monte Carlo) was actually the first sale for Bob SERPENTINI. We have continued to purchase all our new vehicles, maintenance, any repairs or body work from SERPENTINI in Orrville. My husband passed a few years ago, but I only felt comfortable remaining with this dealership even though other dealerships were closer to my residence. At 80 yrs old there are many times that I find myself relying on my son to keep my appointments in Orrville. But I am hoping that I will be able to continue being a loyal customer for several more years. Especially in these times, feel lucky if you can find a business that a person can rely on and trust. It was a pleasure to be a customer at Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria. I have worked with and bought from different automobile dealerships over 20 years. I informed my sales manager, Mike Prati, who was AMG certified what I wanted from a car. He was the FIRST auto dealership manager who listened when I told him exactly what I wanted my car. Mr. Prati knew more about Mercedes than I could have read in magazines, Car Werk, Edmunds, YouTube etc. He explained the different variables of each model with and pros and cons. He directed me to the E class 450 sedan for a test drive. I personally could not have found the car without his background and experience. I bought the Mercedes pre-owned and certified. What made the dealership a phenomenal experience was how everyone listened and were respectful. Often, customers are talked to which happened at another dealership I walked out of two weeks prior. The goal: sell you something you don’t want. Not at the Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria. Later, I required work on the car. In lieu of calling the Service department I contacted Mike Prati. Who does that? I did. He immediately sent a tow truck, introduced me to a service assistant and I sat back as arrangements were made for a loaner. Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria was organized, cooperative and I had details regarding my car in less than 24 hours. The general manager, which people never see at dealership, called me. He wanted to be sure all departments were working together and I was satisfied. I actually think this dealership off of Pickett Rd in Alexandria has the finest employees. Great attitude. Thorough. Buying a Mercedes? I recommend Mike Prati to sell you one at MB of Alexandria.

2017 Audi Q3 review
My first audi ever. So far i have driven it for 9 months and honestly has been problem free. Great value mechanical wise. Inside styling is nothing special. Infotainment system is hyper dated; the only issue i really have is the bluetooth randomly deactivating. Over all I was expecting the q3 to be a head ache and finally its not. For a cross over hatchback suv there shockingly a lot of space which for me is the whole reason why it might be hard to part with it one day!
