Bought a 2017 searra gmc month and half ago, I am very disappointed in I have to replace brakes you would think that it would have been looked at .for a dealer that's been around I would think this would have been addressed before I purchased the truck thanks unsatisfied

I found supreme Motors 2 years ago, after doing a relentless search for what I wanted I found it at Supreme. It was a 2018 q7 Audi prestige, fast forward 2 years later that car was Totalled due to minor Bumper Damage and rear floor damage...I researched Supreme again for the last month in half, as it takes me time to pull the trigger... I visited Gene Pankey Motors after seeing some vehicles on their website that seemed interesting. There was no pressure, everyone was nice, it was a small store and they explained the care they go through to find these cars that it seems would be difficult for a "big dealership" would struggle to do when going through so much more inventory. I would normally be a little bit more skeptical about the little dealerships, especially on South Tacoma Way. They had the best interest rates around, and shopped me with all the best rates at all the credit unions in the area. After making my decision and applying for financing I was approved and able to leave in about 35 minutes to sign all the documents. It was nice not having to spend all day at a dealership. Glad I stopped by this place.

Turned out this was a 6 month maintenance and not just an oil change. Audi set me up with an Enterprise rental which allowed me to complete all my driving tasks and return the next morning after a meeting.

Got my windshield replaced and my 100k service done. Had noted my downpipe could use work for the future. Got a rental car for the time my car was being serviced.
