The perfect car for our needs: a small SUV with relatively high (4400 lbs) towing capacity. Only the BMW X3 has the same combination. The Q5 is well appointed with high quality materials. It feels very solid on the road, with adjustable driving modes (dynamic, comfort, etc.). It has surprising power for a 4-cylinder engine and surprisingly good fuel economy. We purchased this vehicle used with some remaining factory warranty, which we haven't yet needed--all systems are working perfectly.

Writing this review shortly after completing my purchase because my experience with Southern Star and Ronny in particular was so good I felt the need to show my appreciation. From my first phone call to that last hand shake, I received nothing but courteous, honest and patient service. I showed up, got the key and was off for a lengthy test drive in minutes. Had a 3rd party inspection done to settle any buyers anxiety but, honestly, it was not necessary since all their vehicles appear to be in immaculate condition. All my concerns were addressed to my satisfaction and I left with a clean car, full tank and, most importantly, peace of mind. Great people, great vehicle, and great price! I purchased car November 2019. Took car in 1 month after buying for electronic issues. They fixed the problem and was fine. Now has another electronic problem. Will be taking it in for a third time to fix it They have not been able to correct it thus far.....other than that I love the car.

Not exactly the vehicle for a large family, but definitely a step up from the Acadia. Fast for a small SUV. Definitely look forward to driving it.

He even followed up with us a few days later to see how we liked the car and let us know he was available to answer any questions about the the cars technology.

I was in the market for a new car for over a year now. It is nerve wrecking and overwhelming. Decide to buy a new or used. I researched, test drive, and contacted over 20 dealers for information. Until I finally found the perfect car for me at the perfect price, while on the CarMax website in Norcross, GA. A 2023 Nissan Pathfinder SV 4WD with 16,500 miles. Practically brand new and at least under $2,000 and the lowest miles from similar vehicles in my area. One great thing about CarMax is that I was able to scheduled the test drive 7 days in advance. They reserved the car for me, no worries about being sold before my test drive. Another great thing about CarMax is the price advertised is the price you pay. Other than tax, title and registration, no other “bogus” fees are added to the price. I only wish they offered special incentives/discounts like military, first responders, student, etc. But, I am extremely happy with my purchase!!! Shout out to salesman Young!!! He is the first person I spoke to; he got the car for my test drive, and in less than 1-2hrs I was on my way home with a new car!!! In other words, DO YOUR RESEARCH!!!

This SUV met all of my needs. Drives great whether you want to be sporty or classy this Sport Utility Vehicle have it all. The moon roof extends all the way to the back to give you a convertible feel. Great SUV!!

I purchased an Alfa Romeo from this dealership. All went extremely smoothly. Being that I don't live in Atlanta, I had my daughter who does test drive it for me. The car is nice. I always add a bumper to bumper warranty with my used vehicles. My only complaint was I have never purchased a car and the dealer did not give me a full tank of gas.

Worked with Shontel Wilson to buy a used car from United BMW. He was great to work with and went out of his way to make us feel welcome. It was actually the best experience with buying a car at a dealership I have ever had. Everyone we dealt with was top notch and very friendly. It only took 2 hours to get everything done.
