Very smooth comfortable ride. I have a Q5 2018 and so far no problem. Never thought I will get used to driving a SUV since my last car was an A6 which I kept for 13 years.

I was looking for a good car at a low price and I found the buying experience to be smooth and easy and the personnel at the dealership was friendly and easy to work whit and the buying process was hassle free, in the end I got a great deal on the car I was looking for.

Traded in my Tahoe for this and have loved every minute driving this car! I have one in a car seat, and still have plenty of room. Such a smooth drive. I test drove so many cars and this by far beat them all. You get so much for the money, plus great safety ratings!

Was in there Thanksgiving week looking for a used car for my son’s first car. Although we didn’t get one that matched our needs there we worked with a very nice young salesman named Mondo that we would have really loved to buy a car from. He was very friendly, and nice to work with. He hustled so we didn’t have to wait long. He really went out of his way for us and even followed up a few days later. All with no pressure to buy like you get from most sales guys. I highly recommend going to see Mondo.

This place was absolutely wonderful. Bought a 2014 Volkswagen Jetta in great condition for a good price. The staff were accommodating, kind, and helpful. The manager even drove us to the bank because we didn’t have a car, very helpful and willing to negotiate on price. Can’t account for the negative reviews, but I definitely recommend these guys.

I came into the dealership without an appointment, just walked in. I was immediately greeted by Andre Dallas. He asked the normal questions and jumped into action to meet my needs. He provided prompt , professional service. Within two hours or so i was driving away with my new (Certified Pre-owned) Honda that not only met my needs but exceeded them. My service was great. My service advisor (can't remember his name) was professional, helpful and explained what service my car was going to receive. He also suggested recommendations for my car based on the mileage. I needed a ride home and he provided me a courtesy ride that was ready to depart the dealership and I didn't have to wait long for this ride. Which was very important that morning because I had an appointment at my home. The only thing I didn't like was having to go back to the service advisor to received my military discount. The cashier's cage should be able to make the needed adjustments at the window when your military ID is provided. My other vehicle is not a Honda and that is how that dealership handles military discount. But overall everyone I encountered was respectful, professional, and addressed all my questions and concerns.

I purchased my car from United BWW and I absolutely love it. All questions were answered and needed information was provided prior to the purchase. They even filled my first tank of gas!! The service was impeccable. I spent a while looking and making my decision for a new car and finally found the combination that I wanted. The car looked beautiful in person as it did in pictures.
