Used 2023 Audi Q5 for sale near Billerica, MA

Used the express service for an oil change and tire rotation. Was in and out in far less time than a Toyota dealer I go to and that's with having an appointment at Toyota. Also, there were a couple of minor things that were due to be replaced. They told me about them but absolutely no pressure to do the work.

This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

I had the pleasure of working with Greg, Gino, and Adam in purchasing my 2017 Mini Cooper JCW. They all took very good care of me and followed up both by phone and by email. Once I got my Cooper, I brought her back to have some minor items that we had discussed taken care of and the parts/service department is just as great. A drivers car... power to weight ratio is great with a smooth power curve during acceleration. The sport seat option with ventilated seats are firm and comfortable and interior features are rich and functional; everything is where we want it to be which enhances the driving experience. The sales process at North Scottsdale Audi was the best ever experienced with professional sales rep, finance, service and even a technical rep who came to our home to answer our questions about the Q5... Wow! We've now broken in the vehicle with in town driving and a road trip and the more we drive the Q5 the more we like it.

Eric T was awesome. He provided great customer service, no pressure and took the time to explain the various features pf the vehicle to my daughter. We felt that we could have walked out without any pressure to the sale. He took the time to go over many of the features with the vehicle and also was honesty in some of his explanations on the features that he was 'not' a big fan.
