2023 Audi Q5 review
A drivers car... power to weight ratio is great with a smooth power curve during acceleration. The sport seat option with ventilated seats are firm and comfortable and interior features are rich and functional; everything is where we want it to be which enhances the driving experience. The sales process at North Scottsdale Audi was the best ever experienced with professional sales rep, finance, service and even a technical rep who came to our home to answer our questions about the Q5... Wow! We've now broken in the vehicle with in town driving and a road trip and the more we drive the Q5 the more we like it.

When I went in for service several months ago to get my tires rotated, Audi Indy gave me the wrong tire lock key back. When I recently had a flat and could not get my tire off, they not only towed my car back to the dealership at their expense but also drove my car to my residence once the service was done. Always get great service at Audi of Indy. Rachael took care of my service needs which included a recall. The recall took longer than expected and they had to keep overnight. So they provided a loaner since we live an hour and a half north. Car was ready next morning when we picked it up. We will be back when needed.

Love the personality of the reps and they are always eager to help! They don't push you into buying more than your original budget and won't bother you about it! They also will let u browse the lot on you own, and all there cars are unlocked! I absolutely love there transfer program where they will transfer vehicles to your local stores without an obligation, and many transfers are free! Only complaint about Carmax is that I feel the cars are a bit overpriced, but it's worth it in the end for there customer service!
