This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

My service advisor Johny did provide excellent service when I checked in my car to do the repair, he was very nice and patience to explain the details . Highly recommend advisor him!

A drivers car... power to weight ratio is great with a smooth power curve during acceleration. The sport seat option with ventilated seats are firm and comfortable and interior features are rich and functional; everything is where we want it to be which enhances the driving experience. The sales process at North Scottsdale Audi was the best ever experienced with professional sales rep, finance, service and even a technical rep who came to our home to answer our questions about the Q5... Wow! We've now broken in the vehicle with in town driving and a road trip and the more we drive the Q5 the more we like it.

Really great experience with getting my Volvo looked at. I was seeing a bunch of errors on my display about the cameras, active headlamp, and warning systems not working and brought it in for inspection/repair. The service rep (Minh) was super super helpful and knowledgeable. He found the Tech Journal relating to the issues I was having, and was very persistent resetting the ADSM module(s) until they completed, then ensured everything was functioning back to normal. He also was very patient with me when setting up my Uber ride to pick up my car (text message was not showing up, so he kept re-trying and also sending test messages from his phone to troubleshoot)

Today I decided to get a new car, so I dropped by and was immeditaley welcomed by MAX L. He walked me through all the different options that I had, and we picked one out within minutes. He was very professional, easy to talk with, and knew all the specs and technically with all the cars. I test drove the F Pace(my favorite) and decided that I wanted to purchase it! I worked with him, and then OSCAR M. to do all my paperwork. He was also very professional and we had a great conversation while getting all the numbers to meet what I was asking/hoping for! This place is amazing! They have so many cars to choose from. Plus they have an exotics lane which is really cool, they have everything from a Benz to a Porsche! The whole buying process is very quick, I bought my car in two hours and drove home. In comparison to the Mercedes of Stevens Creek, which literally took me 8 hours to buy after I picked out my car. The only knock is the service department, which doesn’t do paint repair for scratches, even though they told me that the scratches on my car would be fixed, they only used touch up paint, which looks like I did it myself and not professionally done like I wanted. But it was a used car, so no big deal. Overall I highly recommend!

Came in on a Saturday (not planned) and ended up leaving with a car I'm very happy with. I spoke to Cassandra via email ahead of time and she told me that they had the car I was interested in. I had planned on going on a weekday but ended up stopping in on a very busy Saturday so we it was a bit hectic. Overall had a great experience and people were very friendly.
